Did we just hear that the first guy did NOT reach to drivers side to put up window...as the first guy said he did? I'm multitasking and may have misunderstood. TIA

You heard it right..

Brunson: Child locks were on in SUV. Hanania says he didn't tell police that in 1st convo. Brunson says he wasn't asked. #DunnTrial

BRUNSON: says to Hanania, Jordan put hand on door and tries to get out of car but he couldn’t! b/c child locks on the doors. #MichaelDunn.

Mmm, he didn't say that in the first trial, only that he put his hand on the door handle. And basically, he said he couldn't get out even if he tried because of the child locks. Also, there was a huge discussion on child locks last time. They weren't actually child locks but a door locking function that caused confusion among the boys.

Brunson doesn't know if Stornes, Thompson got out of SUV in plaza. Again, def suggesting teens had time to hide weapon. #DunnTrial

Do they do lunch at noon or 1?

Not sure Atthe, I admit I did not catch it.
Will have to relisten again later....interesting if that is the case though.
Anyone else hear that?

The tweeters caught that too apparently, so no need to re-listen perhaps. A couple more I've heard like this too.

Brunson says he did not hear #JordanDavis say "F that N. Turn the music back up." Tevin Thompson said he did. #DunnTrial

Hanania finished. ASA Guy on re-direct. #DunnTrial

Again, like the first trial, these inconsistencies are expected. Not everyone is going to remember everything the same and not everyone is logging all the same things as they happen. And, even more so, even after the first trial, the boys did not collaborate their testimony to make sure they got all their stories straight. The gist of what happened is still the same.

Brunson: #JordanDavis never stuck anything out of SUV window... no arm, no gun. #DunnTrial

Leslie Coursey ‏@LeslieANjax · 42s
ASA Guy asks Brunson, "Ever have somebody die in your arms before?" Def objects. Judge sides with def. #DunnTrial

State has 6-8 more witnesses to call today. Not sure if we'll get to all of them. #DunnTrial

MeeBee, I'm just so concerned as I've just come from the Oscar Pistorius trial and the judge there pretty much threw out all the witnesses whose testimony didn't match :pullhair:

I just have too and that's not why she threw the testimonies out, at all. She had good reasons for it. These boys are just reporting what they remember. Tevin Thompson says he rolled the window up and has always maintained this. For some reason Brunson didn't see it or know it happened. Same thing with Jordan asking him to turn the music back up. Obviously tevin did that for a reason. Brunson just missed it. I understand the worry though. It worries me too because sometimes people are looking for any reason to latch onto something. Personally, I'm looking for major inconsistencies or things that are just a little TOO consistent and over rehearsed. Things that effect the gist of the story. And they all sound very honest and candid. Even admitting to Jordan's shortcomings.

And unfortunately, the prosecutors made no effort to clear up the child lock confusion. This is a huge problem.

There were inconsistencies the first trial too IIRC. Stornes had major speakers in the car, probably right behind Tevin's head, so he may have missed hearing the whole conversation.

I need Michael Dunn to be found guilty. But I can't follow this trial. I get involved too deeply and I will be very upset if he's acquitted.
