Huh? This isn't new ground, I remember hearing about the tripod in the first trial lol. Guy already addressed it in his opening, saying it was too wedged in to get out. And which is it defense? Did they stash a gun outside the plaza, or did they brandish a tripod?

I still think the fact that Dunn did not immediately call the police shows there was never a gun, or even fear of a gun. If there was, why didn't he report an SUV full of teenagers pointing guns at innocent people? It makes no sense.

The actions people take after these kinds of things really tell a lot. The teens stayed, Dunn didn't. When you've done something wrong, you don't stay. When you need help, you do. I think the testimony of the homeless kid proved that. He didn't want to get in trouble for missing a court hearing so he wanted to leave. If they had done anything wrong, they'd have kept on driving, maybe running to a hospital themselves so they can have to time to work out what happened. They simply would not have stayed. If Dunn had truly done nothing wrong he'd have stayed so he could tell his side. Instead, the police had to come find him. That speaks volumes to me. Leaving so they could stash a weapon, then driving back makes no sense. No one thinks that way.
