As I remember it Dunn's father who was basically running the show ended up not liking Strolla and that combined with his being from Miami and no money ...sort of thought it was mutual. I'm thinking I had more confidence in Strolla that this attorney.

They are reading the testimony of Jordan's girlfriend. She is not available to testify. So, her testimony from the last trial is being read to the jury.

that is interesting that she "is not available to testify"...seems odd to me...I wonder if the last go round was really too much for her at her age and it was decided that she just should not go through it again.

Judge tells attorneys Saturday will be a full day. Wants to use time to the fullest.
Really admire how Judge runs a courtroom.

this is how all trials should go...save taxpayer dollars...just get the job done...i like the way Corey gets right to the point...fires the questions and knows where she is going.

Can't wait to see her and how she is doing. She's one messed-up lady. So sad and dependent. IMHO, that's what attracted Dunn to her. I hope she is more settled today and just "spits" out her testimony. I hope she is happy.

Yes. And he also parked too close, calling into question whether Jordan could have stepped out of the car.

Can anyone tell me, I didn't see his whole testimony. Did the prosecutor ask the first witness to demonstrate how Dunn said, "you're not gonna talk to me like that!" Like they did in the first trial? Did he mention the phrase?
