True, however, it's fascinating to see the differences in the trial. I love the use of the cap to identify Davis, it's easier for witnesses to be sure.

Does anyone think Dunn may NOT testify this time?

I think the curiosity just died down a bit. Watching the same trial over again seems redundant and, either way, he's already going away for a while. So I guess it's not as crucial to some people this time.

Also, some may not be aware it's started.

Agree with some not being aware. I was chatting with someone last night who wasn't aware that the Jodi re sentencing trial starts next week. Makes me think to perhaps do a heads up to some folks who haven't been on threads in a long time?

Uht oh. That seems like a deliberate ambush. The state should be able to prepare for such a thing so they can respond.

I also like that Judge Healey pointed out to the defense attorney that there is a difference between "refreshing" a witness's testimony and "impeaching" the witness.

It's been two years! People do forget things. I hope Ms. Waffa paid close attention to that and doesn't jump down the witness's throat before refreshing his memory.
