I still can't believe he got off on the first count. He was intoxicated and out of control and did something horrible. Plus he kept shooting at the car as it ran away! I need this jury to get it right. It was 10-2 at the start of deliberations last time. Hopefully this time all 12 minds get it right.

Good picture. To get that out you'd have to open the door all the way to get it out. Remember Dunn says their cars were parked so close together he couldn't open his door.

It's pretty even. They're questioning the same witnesses they questioned last time and they all got a pretty equal amount of time.
