Right on. I love being in my 40s.

I also hope the defendant is dumb enough to put himself on the stand one more time. He is his own worst enemy.

I hope if Dunn takes the stand he does a better job than last time... He comes off so cold and miserable...hard to imagine that he was in fear for his life. It sounded more like he was angry. "you're not to talk to me that way"... jmo

Exactly. They called for pizza. Not 911. Neither one of them took it upon themselves to call LE. Shameful. IMO

I am still wondering wth was SHE thinking. Was she so drunky-poo that she couldn't be rational? Was she just so uninterested (as MD seems to still be) that she couldn't care less? Was she afraid MD would loose his proverbial sh.... if she made a 'false move'? What do you friends think?

Playing catch up on todays testimony, decided to put all the Halloween lights and decor up outside today so I could settle in for trial the rest of the week

Yes 9am tomorrow....also getting caught up...very surprised to see Strolla sitting with the family....anyone else find it unusual? Guess he really believes in his client.

Good morning. I'm hoping that we see Michael Dunn on the stand, reciting his original script he wrote from jail in the early days. He referred to it as a way of explaining what happened to his family and "friends."

Even more, I'm hoping that his cross will be scathing this time around.

So, after watching the ME yesterday any doubts I had are gone, how about you guys/gals?
Her description of his position, during that half a second it took to fire all three shots, is the only reasonable one. IMO
