This is a short and sweet version. No mention of his "bad ear" and no mention that he parked other than normally. We know from Rhonda he parked very close to the Durango.

Last time he did not mention banging of the gun, he stated he thought he saw the barrel of a shotgun peeking out the window.

Is it impeachment time?

LIAR!!! Hope Atty Guy rips him to shreds.

  • #723
Was he trying to kill all of them to remove the 'threat' of a leaving vehicle? This guy is such a fibber.

  • #724
And he left the gas station because he was scared? Scared of what? The Durango has left. The only thing he's scared of is the police arriving!

YES! and does not his testimony conflict with Rhonda's?

Ohh. Pizza was such a GOOD idea for Rhonda's upset stomach.

  • #727
Why would RR be frantic if MD thought he hadn't hurt anyone?

  • #728
omg fake tears here we come

sorry, just gotta say this: the combination of anger and alcohol almost always equals bad to disastrous results.

Dun is an idiot. He was itching for a confrontation. All he need to do at this point (he says he is petrified) is back out of the space, relocate his vehicle and sound his horn when Rhonda walked out of the store. Or, if he felt threatened, he could have dialed 911. I loathe angry self-righteous liars.!

All he had to do was do nothing!! He would have been out of the parking lot and on the way back to the hotel in just a few minutes.

Now it's Rhonda's fault he didn't call the police, he's a cad and a liar.

  • #732
Notice, nothing was mentioned in direct here so far and in Rhonda's testimony about watching for the police?

There's a ton missing here.

I hope Guy is out for bear here.

  • #733
Pathetic! Blaming Rhonda for not calling police. Rhonda said "take me home now". I bet he has never taken direction or even a suggestion from meek, crybaby Rhonda.

  • #734
No mention of his Agriculture buddy? Or did I miss it?

YES! and does not his testimony conflict with Rhonda's?

Despite her emotions (or maybe because she is more emotional), I find RR WAY more believable. Hope the jury does as well.

This time, his atty. is reciting his script for him. She's not letting him ramble on. That's good. However, he's contradicted his own story any number of times between interview and testimony at trial #1.

  • #737
What does it say about Dunn that the only people willing to testify on his behalf are elderly friends of his parents who live in a flying-community? This guy doesn't have a friend in the world. What do you suppose that is?

Now it's Rhonda's fault he didn't call the police, he's a cad and a liar.

Isn't is all Rhond's fault?

Rhonda wanted to leave wedding to check on Charlie.
Rhonda wanted wine.
Rhonda wanted pizza.
Rhonda wanted to go home.

Oh Boy. Mr Guy on cross!

  • #740
He stopped firing when it started moving? What about the shots to the back of the truck?
