Oh, Mr. Guy, please make this a verbal blood bath!

  • #742
He stopped shooting when the car moved, but then he says he shot at the car as it was driving away? He can't be doing both.

  • #743
Using GPS is definitely new and never mentioned.

  • #744
"I was very upset, but didn't call anyone." Guy is doing awesome!

  • #745
I'm going to have to pick my daughter up from school. I don't want to miss the end of this cross examination though

This is WAY new that RR pushed him to call LE Friday night. "Just a shooting?"!!!!

No way could he move to get a gun from his glove box, aim and shoot at Jordan if he only started moving once Jordan started getting out of the car. Jordan would have been right by MD's window by that time. He wouldn't be still behind the rear door. And now he's saying he didn't have a round in the chamber.

This. So much this. We're expected to believe Jordan moved like superman when dodging a quick round of bullets firing at him. Yet when he "made his move" Dunn had time to yell "you're not gonna kill me today" (lol), reach over to the glove compartment, grab his gun, load it up, apparently, 🤬🤬🤬🤬 it and fire it. And in all this time Jordan never fired the alleged gun? He would have been at his window by then, ready to go and Jordan would have been shot at a much closer range. And then there's the fact that they were parked for too close to each other, giving Jordan very little room to operate in. He should have stopped at his original story and stopped adding things. At least it would have been somewhat believable, if not understandable. But he just kept going.

"Just because his door was open didn't mean he was behind the door."

Compare to: "He was getting out of the car with a gun to shoot me."

My, my, my.

  • #749
Shooting the door that was open, but didn't see Jordan behind the door????

  • #750
Not one iota of remorse. He still carries a sense of entitlement that he has the right to kill a "punk" playing loud music and shouting the f-word.

My, my, my.

He never had the opportunity to open the door. He was already shot.

Will I be able to watch this testimony later?

Shooting the door that was open, but didn't see Jordan behind the door????
Door did not open. Evidence has proven that.

My, my, my.

There are SO many inconsistent statements especially compared to his testimony at the last trial!!!

Dunn using his controlling attitude to chide Atty Guy re the contents of the lying letter Dunn wrote. Dunn's attitude should not serve him well with this jury. Hope Guy continues to guide Dunn to display attitude.

Impeach, impeach!!!

  • #758
He is such a flipping liar!!!!

  • #759
He dosn't show any emotion or regret. Even a legitilate killing would give me remorse and I would be nervous on a stand. His stories sound so madeup, IMO, to fit what sounds logical to him.

How can he act so calm?

If Mr Guy does not recall Rhonda for rebuttal, he is missing his best opportunity. Rhonda's testimony conflicts with Dunn's. Rhonda will tell the truth.....I think.
