As much as I find MD highly unlikable and hope he never gets out of jail via his own 2 feet, I see M2. M1 is too much of a stretch. Are lesser included offenses an option?

I can see M1, premeditated, since he shot in at least two separate bursts, had time to think of what he was doing

He shot them in a rage because in his mind they were "thugs" playing loud obnoxious music. He shot a mouthy teenager that was being disrespectful. He didn't see a gun. How anyone could think otherwise is beyond me.
