I've decided to submit Jose as potential match to St. Tammany Parish Doe. Imo he deserves a test. Hopefully they'll have all the DNA, dentals, prints, etc. to compare. I'll report back if/when I receive any correspondence. I'll work on getting in touch with case contacts Monday (2/25/19).
