DN Link:

He is classified as "Involuntary Missing."

There is also a woman who went missing from another city in Florida (Orlando) on the way to a different airport one day later (MP7093), but I don't think the cases are related.

I found his case on NamUs and was instantly like “What the heck?” I wonder if they know who was driving the black limo and if they’ve been questioned or not. I’m looking through NamUs and The Doe Network for John Does that could be him

He does have dental records on file, but DNA would be a good idea, too. The way he vanished is certainly an odd way to vanish. Last seen entering a limo on the way to the airport?? I couldn't seem to find any news articles old or new on him.

Here is a case I found while looking through the Doe Network. The partial skull was found not far from the airport, about 23 minutes.

This is a case, and an example of a case, where it would be good to have DNA on both the unidentified remains and Kenneth. The skull doesn't have dentals available for identification, likely because it is only a partial skull so it may not be able to be ruled out against Kenneth (or anyone else, even if they have dentals on file), without DNA.

But still, it would be worth a inquiry to see if they can compare the two on dentals alone if dentals can be obtained for the skull ( it says they are not available, but I'm not sure if that means they could never get any) and if not, pursue getting DNA on the skull if possible as well as trying to contact any relatives Kenneth Day has they can find to try to get one of them to submit DNA.
