Father alienating Logan from Mother.

try not to be. parental alienation isn't only as described in your link. while that does happen, it happens other ways as well.

in your link, it was the parent threw the child under the bus and made them lose his/her accountability in order to get their way.

it also can be the parent manipulates children to have a bad impression of the other parent to gain the child's compliance to corroborate their false narrative.

it also can be creating an "us against other parent" narrative then asking child to lie and rewarding them for it.

Great, so he allegedly stabbed his grandmother several times and shot her. (Came out at today's hearing and didn't specify in what order the shooting and stabbings occurred). And now the NY attorney is slowing his extradition down.

After a Wednesday morning arraignment hearing for Mott in Buffalo, New York, the arrest warrant was read in court, detailing that French was shot and stabbed multiple times by her grandson and that three gun and a bloody knife were found in her car, which Mott was driving when he was caught by authorities. The guns found include the weapon used to kill French were taken from the home of Mott's father, authorities said.

Mott's New York defense attorney, Dominic Saraceno, said information inan arrest warrant proves nothing.

"It doesn’t prove anything," Saraceno said after the hearing. "There is no motive. No confession. There could be dozens of alternative theories on what happened."

So it looks like Logan's attorney may be interested in continuing to work on his case in Florida (maybe in conjunction with a Florida attorney?) and will request that the trial be moved due to Logan's Dad's employment with the JSO.

Without knowing mom or dad personally, it's very hard to tell which parent might be doing that. In fact, maybe they are both guilty of that, but why would this lead Logan to This? Someone he supposedly loved very much.

Now, for what good reasons would LM choose to ask for an extradition hearing? Why would they fight extradition?
What are the concerns he has that would lead to him stretching out extradition for another 60 days?

Also, isn't it odd that during the 911 call dad didn't mention any stolen guns, just that the safe keypad had been ripped off?
Maybe he hadn't checked his gun cabinet yet?
Weren't both houses (Dad's and Grandma's) said to have been ransacked? It sounds as if Dad had already checked granny's house, by the way he puts it, why no mention hers being ransacked?
Just some things I'm wondering about...

I believe his lawyer stated he was on no medicine except his diabetes medicine.
Sounds like he probably should have been. My opinion only.

In an earlier news report, it was stated that the only medication Logan was on was insulin. Unless he was using illicit drugs that no one else was aware of.

The teen and his grandmother were initially listed as missing and possibly endangered after Logan’s father, Eric Mott, returned Wednesday night to discover his Neptune Beach home ransacked and weapons taken from his gun safe, the Sheriff’s Office said. French’s home in the Mayport area also was ransacked, her weapons were gone along with her 2015 Dodge Dart, police said.

I believe I read, sorry, no link that dad said he didnt know about tbe guns being missing till later.
If I came home to my house ransacked I would be checking on anything of importance or value in the house. Moo

If Logan and his dad were at odds, maybe Logan thought killing Kristina was the only way to hurt his dad.

Think about this, too...Logan wanted to go live with his mom, and dad was preventing it...so Logan has now prevented Dad from being with his mom, too.
