*Disposition Hearing (@ 9am ET) - FL – Laura Marie Pietscher (28) (last seen in Sebring w/Danielle Oct. 17, 2018; found Oct. 19, 2018, Tampa) - *Gary Tyrone Danielle (48) arrested & charge & indicted (2/14/19) & arraigned (3/28/19) for 1st degree premeditated murder, tampering with physical evidence & Grand theft auto. Plead not guilty. Held without bond on murder charge; $4K bond on grand theft & tampering charges.
Manhunt was underway on 3/15/19; suspect was captured in Tampa (3/19/19) by the U.S. Marshal's task force.
DNA of the killer was found under her fingernails.
3/20/19 Update: First appearance, appointed an assistant public attorney. Motion for pretrial detention. Arraignment hearing on 3/28.
3/28/19 Update: Plead not guilty. No bond on murder charge; $4,000 bond on grand theft of motor vehicle & tampering charges. Next court hearing on June 3. 6/3/19: Hearing was cancelled. Danielle waived speedy trial (5/9/19). Next pretrial hearing on 7/15.
7/15/19 Update: Disposition hearing held. Might have gotten a new public defender. Felony notice of hearing. Disposition hearing 9/12. 9/12/19: Hearing on 9/12 rescheduled for 9/23.
9/23/19 Update: Next motions hearing on 10/11. 10/11/19: Motions hearing moved to 10/14. 10/14/19: Motion to compel Defendant's finger & Palm prints-withdrawn by State. Next Disposition hearing on 12/12. 12/12/19: Next Disposition hearing on 2/20/20.
