Friday, January 29th:
*Disposition Hearing (via Zoom) (@ 9am ET) - FL – Laura Marie Pietscher (28) (last seen in Sebring w/Danielle Oct. 17, 2018; found Oct. 19, 2018, Tampa) - *Gary Tyrone Danielle (48/now 50) arrested (3/19/19) & charge & indicted (2/14/19) & arraigned (3/28/19) for 1st degree premeditated murder, tampering with physical evidence & Grand theft auto. Plead not guilty. Held without bond on murder charge; $4K bond on grand theft & tampering charges.
Manhunt was underway on 3/15/19; suspect was captured in Tampa (3/19/19) by the U.S. Marshal's task force.
DNA of the killer was found under her fingernails.
