It's just freaky to me that 2 hours prior to Leila's arrival, SR posted to his facebook that he sacrifices animals and bends their life force to his will. 2 hours.

ETA: An on Jul 15th he says the only time he would hurt or kill is for a ritual or sacrifice.

I wouldn't be surprised if he killed animals. Many psychopaths who have the urge to kill start with animals. He also talks about necrophilia in a post but I don't remember when it was.

Poor Leila. I hate to think of what she suffered at the hands of a psychotic and delusional killer. I hope Kam slept through the whole thing.

Kam is the variable, and it is what made the case of worldwide interest. Otherwise, it would not have had the media coverage it has had. Not sure how often SDR has been in SOFL, only a few months, according to his latest posts on social media. IMO

It's despicable isn't it - SR literally threw away anything that probably made Kam feel safe and loved - his clothes, his toys and his Mam (imo).
Why can't he just grow a pair and tell LE where Leila is?

Yes, me too. Someone on this thread said they hoped Kam slept through what SDR did to LC. I don’t think there is anyway he could have slept — especially if the broken driver’s side window and the broken driver’s side visor is taken into consideration. I think there was quite a struggle. JIMO

They must have heard about him. I think in order to search they need evidence that points in a certain direction. Maybe LE will know more once they have gone through all of the surveillance footage.

Sometimes, depending on the disposal area of the dump, it is possible to have a search location. If the trucks on this route had a particular zone assigned, there are search possibilities. There have been successful searches of dumps, as long as the potential disposal area can be mapped. Difficult and terrible, especially during a pandemic, but if the disposal area could be narrowed down, a search might yield a body.

Mt Trashmore in North Broward is definitely dumped according to a plan. Not sure about the other landfills in Broward. Also a lot of garbage is sorted here at transfer stations.

Just a slim possibility, but what if SR asked LC to help him plant some kind of meditative garden with herbs/a tree, whatever - to advance her "powers", make money ect.?
The ideal opportunity and excuse to get LC into a more private spot, with one shovel for him and one for her to help dig the hole - and well you can guess the rest.

I can't see him sleeping through it either. Especially after being in cars so often. Toddlers get really restless and need to play. Still thinking about that sand and where they must have been when SM possibly killed her. I don't think it was the gas station--it sounds like there is another location where things happened in between?

I wish we had a sense of where they drove.... And I do think Kam needs intense mental health support right now. Toddlers understand things they can't always articulate--but some use their hands and fingers to gesture. The lack of language isn't always related to lack of comprehension. I am scared for this little human and his future without his mom.

There is so much heartbreak in this family, and so much unresolved hurt. It is tragic that Leila (and her loved ones) have been robbed of resolution by this.

SR traveled to his clients wherever they were. On their dime I’m sure. CL, who’s been mentioned in this thread extensively, is in the hospital in Hollywood/Pembroke Pines, Florida. IMO. When they met is based on SR’s rant, he says a year ago. LC, not to be confused with CL, did live in a Muscle Schoals in 2019, an arrest record states.
