So, how did they get this information? I’m guessing PD revealed this to the family then, after getting the warrant and reviewing her Facebook messages?

Hopefully LE and her family have some answers soon.

I'm not sure whether LE found the info and told Dad Curtis or whether Dad told LE . It's not clear.

Well, this middle post puts her in a very vulnerable situation. And sticks out like a sore thumb. I’m going to flag this post for mod review because I don’t want to cause mod cleanup, I apologize bc I don’t do FB so can’t tell what’s legal or not and if that post is known to be from her for sure. The sisters however didn't say anything about it when they came down to FL and were interviewed (Monday?). They stated they had no clue why she was in FL.

''HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – There’s still no sign of Leila Cavett, whose toddler was found without his mother 4 days ago. On Thursday, Hollywood PD told Local 10 “no developments.”

Cavett’s grandmother, Carol Ferdinand, who arrived in South Florida on Wednesday with other family members from Tennessee, said she is not only concerned about the whereabouts of her granddaughter, but also about her 2-year-old grandson that remains in state custody.''

“I think she’s being held hostage. I’m not for sure, you know, but someone could’ve gave her some drugs. She would have never left her baby, never. That’s my granddaughter —I know her,” Ferdinand said.''

I wonder and if they will release anything re: the results of the vehicle processing, and if they’ve learned anything. This could take days, weeks, as they go over every inch of that vehicle and send it off... I wonder if there is blood in the vehicle...Will they get (touch) dna, prints, receipts, fibers, all the usual stuff. If someone abandoned it they probably cleaned it. If so, how well?

Or maybe they didn’t handle the vehicle at all, and rather she got into another vehicle with K, and K was dropped off...but then they would see that in the footage, maybe they can’t see it. Idk.

This is what I'm afraid of. Leila may have been groomed over some time, for trust, maybe promises, either wrt to her business of selling stuff, or romantically, manipulated.

As I said, these dating sites can be dangerous. (if this was what happened)

She actually met the woman once for a pre -date
Then second time she was killed by her and the woman's bf. It was a set up.

I don't think this disappearance has anything to do with drugs imo.....

In the video interview today with her bio father Curtis, it says “Leila’s father says he was communicating with the man Wednesday night and he says the circumstances are very strange.” Before that, (in the same interview) he mentions the man sending her money and asking her to come visit for the weekend but she never said anything to him about going to Florida.

They also confirm that the Walmart on Hollywood Blvd is the last place she was seen.

That leads me to believe that he contacted LE or gave them the details when they reached out to him.

Yes, her license was suspended on 03/18/2020. FTA for ticket received on 10/3/2020. But she can still sell a car with a Bill of Sale, just maybe can’t get it registered and tagged.

How do they know she was driving that truck exactly again? Well, more questions than answers, maybe it’s upstream. I know I bolded the vehicle description.
