Bumping, today is Lillie’s birthday.

Lillie has been missing for 44 years today.

The apartment where Otis Morgan committed suicide (on their intended wedding date) is within a couple of streets and around the corner from Lillie's and Otis' church, Peaceful Zion Baptist Church. This makes me wonder if he may have confided in the pastor or some other member there? I also wonder if the police took any samples of the blood stained carpet found at his old apartment just in case forensic science catches up. I know it's a long shot, but I have seen true crime shows where sometimes the police do that. I also wonder if when he disappeared, he went back to Alabama and took her body with him. I did compare her info with NamUs DB to remains found in Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas, but didn't find anything. Anyway, sharing my thoughts to keep her in ours.
