Can someone confirm for sure whether WE has lawyered up, and if so, who is repping him? Thanks in advance. Praying they find little Lonzie today.

IMO, he's not only holding out for a deal, but he's hoping decomp will make COD difficult ala Casey Anthony trial. Then he can claim "accident" and panic mode, yada, yadaOk. Ebron is already caught. Everyone knows he did something with Lonzie, whether he was alive or already dead from an accident we don't know, just give it up. I know he's holding out for a plea deal or something but this is ridiculous.

Ebron, since being arrested on Friday night, has gotten an attorney and has had no contact with officers Sunday.

I haven't seen a lawyer name mentioned, but hoping not to hear Baez.
Thank you Popsicle

This video of the interview with Ebron's father and mother is a bit longer than others I've seen. Now I know what y'all mean by the doorbell ringing at the end.
After nearly half-an-hour, Ebron and his attorney returned. Prosecutor Richard Mantei requested $50,000 bond for each charge, as well as a number of accompanying conditions. Mantei said Ebron was playing footsie with the facts and had repeatedly lied to police, hindering the search for Lonzie.
Ebrons attorney requested $10,000 bond per charge, noting that even if he bonded out, Baker County had revoked his bond on a previous, unrelated drug case and Ebron would remain in custody. One of the conditions of Ebrons bond in Baker County was that he not contact his girlfriend, Lonzies mother Lonna Lauramore, 25, but the two were living together in Jacksonville.
Higbee called the states request for bond more than reasonable and even less than he originally intended to grant when approving the bond. In addition to the $100,000 total bond and no contact with Lonzies mother, another woman with a domestic violence injunction against him, the families of the two alleged victims or any children under age 18, Ebron must also wear a GPS device, cannot use drugs or possess guns.
Ebron did not appear to bond out by Saturday evening.
His tentative arraignment is set for Aug. 17.
