There is no required sentence. So her prison time, or whether she serves prison, will be completely up to Borello.

Lonzie’s mother pleaded guilty in Duval County Court Wednesday

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The mother of missing Lonzie Barton appeared in Duval County Court for a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday.
Lonna Lauramore Barton pleaded guilty in Duval County Court to lying to police and child neglect in connection with Lonzie's disappearance.
Lauramore Barton is required to provide truthful testimony if requested in the trial against her boyfriend, Ruben Ebron.
Ebron also faces charges in Lonzie’s disappearance

Prosecutor says Barton knew Lonzie had injuries in late July and left him with Ebron anyways. She also knew Ebron sold drugs, Mantei says.

I wonder if she was and lost the baby? She certainly looked pregnant in her last court appearance, and I actually thought to myself when she walked into court today she didn't look any bigger, and I expected her to.

Maybe she had fluid retention or something before? I'm glad she isn't pregnant though.

I guess she doesn't need to give reasons for why she lied to police or didn't seek medical help for Lonzie? Just plead guilty and no questions asked? Does she submit a statement of facts or similar based on her her plea?
