Found Safe FL - Lynn Hammer, adult, Port St Lucie, 10 Aug 2017

Hammer was last seen by her husband at 8:30 a.m. on her way to go shopping in Martin County. Hammer is about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. She left in a 2016 white Lexus with a Florida license plate.

Both were found safe Friday, according to police. Bradley was found in Martin County after having a medical issue, and Hamner was found in Port St. Lucie.
