Kissimmee police test new technology that detects vehicle speed, recognizes plates

Just an old article I found interesting from 2014 that notes police were testing out new tech that detects speed, recognizes plates (for moving, stopped or parked cars), and facial recognition...

Ohhhh this might be far more damning that I had thought originally! They could actually know who was in the car driving.... IF this is the same type of plate reader tech being discussed in the article.

Re: Tell a physician....Florida may be a bit different, but MS was right around the age when doctors here in New England started speaking to mine alone and asking them if they were sexually active, had used drugs, alcohol, etc.

Obviously she was probably told what to say or not say, but I wonder how often and recently MS was evaluated.

Depends what time the license plate scanner got his car driving away from the area of the school, and what time the video (if it actually does exist) was captured at the church I guess?

Don't think anyone was told of a time on the church video, but the Sheriff stated 8:10am was when the car was captured by license plate reader driving away from the area of the school.

I'm done with this for a bit, started listening but just disturbing right off the bat so in case someone else wants to have a go....

The Hughes video of the Four Friends giving their take on SS describes him as to say the least weird. They aren't vocally introduced on the video, just a fast typed intro card for each, so here's the timing.

It can't be a coincidence that both Ryan and Chase mention incidences where SS was trying to sneak a camera or video to peek on women on the sly, and have a hard copy of it. MOO, that's what I'd call a sneaky pervert. Outrageous really. Ryan's mother in the bathroom!

Chase never saw SS half brother even tho' he lived with SS 6-7 yrs. Was it Josh who was getting divorced and SS was going to try to date his ex. Josh thinking it's better he knows SS to be around his kids, now finding out SS likes young kids. Not to mention the propensity to like filming unsuspecting people.

By now, I've heard an awful lot about SS's childhood, teen yrs., and up to recent times. SS shared with one of his friends what went on in the bedroom between him and JS. Then, that friend has some disturbing speculations, but you have to listen to it yourself. This is all MOO and limited take on what his friends said.

This just aired - Gray says he has a source on social media who helps out sometimes and this person took the phone number for SS off a document and using some tools that he has, found that SS's account accessed an online social media site that is used by predators for sharing information etc at 4:50am on Monday Feb 25, about 2.5 hours before SS chucked the backpack and pc in the dumpster.

I also think Mom knew, she seems to be covering for him. No reason to cover unless you're guilty of something. If he murdered her in a rage and mom didn't know about the SA she would have immediately called LE, or told them at the first opportunity when she got away from SS.

She may have threatened both of them that she was going to tell someone. Having no idea that would put her life in danger when her own mom is in the house with them.

And if memory serves (and it may not because tired, need coffee!)... SS said he dropped her at the parking lot at 8:40am (of course we know that isn't true now, but if that is the time he gave them.... then if the video was any earlier than 8:19am - they knew he was full of bunk).

I'm pretty sure that would've been determined pretty quickly (and JS would have already caught some kind of charge by now) because I think JS and MS vary in size, and also have different hair colors...

Shes not been charge with lying yet either so I don't think that's necessary true. IMO they are getting all their ducks in a row before they bring her in.

I take most of these with a grain of salt until something concrete is firmed by verified sources, JMO.

I don’t think so. That was the coldest interview I’ve ever seen in a case like this. I thought medication was a possibility, but with her apparent attempts to cover for this guy, it makes sense considering her level of involvement.

Media keeps inferring “died in her Kissimmee home”, but Mina never says that. Only says the town name.

I absolutely believe she was killed in the home, as I think that’s the best explanation for the conclusion that Maddie was already dead when he returned at 8:19. But it hasn’t been confirmed as far as I know.

They made it sound like not only was she dead at that point, but had been dead for a while.

The early morning hours always struck me as meaning somewhere around 1am to 6am and this fits.
Also now I think about JS said we called the police at 4.45, yester, 4.45 pm. Why did she need to add the pm. It makes me think she was doing something at around that time am and was separating the times (hope that makes sense, I'm so bad at expressing my thoughts)
