Found Deceased FL - Madeline Soto, 13, Missing Child Alert, 13500 blk Town Loop Blvd, Orlando, 26 Feb 2024 *arrest* #8

some interesting points so far:


-Jenn brought maddis phone with her to the school
-SS drove around in the middle of the night ( In Jenns car) sounds like it was the night she disappeared 26th into the 27th, or the night before the audio police interview when he said he was so tranquilized " it was the only way he could get to sleep"
-police question him on how long he was at the vape shop and the time it took to get back home ( an hour+)

He also had minor scratches to the top part of his left hand. I wonder if they were injuries inflicted by Madeline.

at 1am on February 28th LE secured JS home and ensured nobody reenterd it while LE proceeded to secure a search warrant for the residence. This is before LE had accessed the deleted images from SS phone, but after he had given the phone to them with the BSstory about his "accidental" factory reset of the phone. Per the docs GH is reviewing on youtube right now linked above.

ETA later on the morning of the 28th LE had located the CSAM on SS phone, had secured their search warrants, had located video of SS dumping items in complex trash compactor/garbage and seen video of MS at that time slumped over in passenger side of the vehicle.

Man I cannot get over how very quickly LE solved this case. They did some excellent work on this one.

She then asked (Madeline’s Friend) “what do you mean, we dropped her off at school. She should have walked to school.”

SS dumped the flat tire (with tread that would match those found at and near the body dump site) into the appartement dumpster/trash compactor along with MS backpack/school issued laptop and other items. Criminal mastermind - not even close, arrogant - seemingly, stupid - absolutely JMO

So Madeline was observed deceased earlier than we believed. At the time the bag was dumped, she’s slumped with her mouth open. I think the time we previously had was his return trip at like 8:15

Thanks MassGuy!……. for sharing details and plowing through that. Mouth ajar…… That leads one to think certain scenarios, and almost only one IMO. And I think IIRC Megnut might have said one such likely up thread here just recently. Quite sad to contemplate this. Dear poor child MS. MOO

The time isn’t listed, but he used the same dumpster for the bag earlier, and the tire sometime later.

At (940) he is seen on camera at the 2nd floor parking garage of the holiday inn in kissimee moving what looked like a body from the passenger seat to the trunk. I better leave it at that, in case I have some details wrong

If the officer who was conversing with JS while taking her to a hotel on the 29th (48 hours after MS was reported missing and 24 before MS was found) that means JS and SS were staying TOGETHER at the hotel while the JS home was being investigated. I don't know if that means JS did not yet know about the images found on SS phone or not. A missing child's home typically does not become a crime scene until or unless LE believe some evidence of a crime happened in that home. MS had been reported as last seen by SS near school. That doesn't make the home a potential crime scene, except LE already were onto SS. The question I have is how did they explain the need for JS and SS to vacate the home so they could investigate it?

Either at the time of the ride to hotel/interview JS knew about the allegations of CSAM on SS phone and was staying in a hotel with that man WHILE knowing. Or LE hadn't yet approached her about the images and yet somehow managed to clear both JS and SS from the property and investiate a potential crime scene in JS home?

Either way, what is she DOING laying up in a hotel room with SS and talking about her daughter in the past tense and presplaining sleeping arrangements on the 29th when her daughter's body wasn't found til the 1st of March??

I can't make this make sense in a way that JS is some clueless trusting mom. I simply cannot.

Because imo** she wasn’t clueless. She knew. You don’t explain that you didn’t imagine anything inappropriate would happen if no one asked if you’re unaware that the sleeping arrangements are abnormal or inappropriate. You don’t feel a need to explain why you thought something was ok IF you really felt it was all ok, do you?

SS said in the police report that on feb 25 jenn told them she wanted to get some sleep and directed them to sleep in another room.
SS said that, who knows if its true cause he goes on to repeat the same lies. mcdonalds, the " love you's etc
