I hope he's ready to sing by the time he goes to trial. Surely, he's not willing to take the fall. But, then, he may decide to take a chance on being found NG rather than confess and take a plea deal.

The DA should be putting pressure on him, though. Who would believe this 19 yo kid tied up 3 adults on his own while holding a gun on them?!!

The 19-year-old accused of killing Makeva Jenkins waived his right to a speedy trial, and his new court date is set for December 12.

The lawyers for Joevan Joesph met with a judge Friday morning, at the Palm Beach County Courthouse.

Joseph is facing first degree murder charges in connection with the June 29th shooting of MaKeva Jenkins, a mother of three.

The husband of a woman gunned down six months ago inside her family’s home outside Boynton Beach was arrested Thursday on a charge of first-degree murder.
