Cross, I believe you can post it if you

Brenda, remember when I messaged you about the Mexicans? Well, I heard more from the horse's mouth while there. But then that would be hearsay? But then again it fits in with what I was thinking all along plus more.

IMO anyone digging around down there for information would soon realize they were digging their own grave..And that motley crew down there would make certain they put them in it....JMHO
ETA.. And I'm not kidding either..

About the same thing I heard from some of my family that's with the Jacksonville PD! LOL But you would be surprised how much people say when you ask "Did they ever find that little girl?" like you don't know much.:innocent:

I don't believe that for a minute.
We're not dealing with the Mafia here. Lol
I think that paranoia is from convincing ones self everyone there has something to hide and have pull with those type criminals.
IMO, the only person(s) who have something to hide are Overstreet/Croslin(s).

Sounds good to me! I was in Palatka not long ago visiting a friend who was camping at Welaka which is just a few miles from Satsuma. When at stores or restaurants around there I would bring up the subject of Haleigh to almost everyone I came into contact with that were from that area and you know what .... no one believed the kidnapping story and almost all believed the Cummings were up to their eyeballs invovled in it. We drove around to Green Lane but my friend and her husband weren't that interested, if they had been I would have been all over talking to everyone!!! I'm sooooo nosey!!!

Cross Creek....you call yourself nosey but IMO there is nothing "nosey" about seeking answers in hopes of finding justice for an innocent child. Since you have been in that area and have spoken with people there, you must have a pretty plausible theory of what happened. If you would not mind elaborating, I believe many here would be very interesting in hearing your theory. If you choose to share your theory, it may be best to not post it here, but you could post it in the General Theory thread. TIA.

BBM.. I'm well aware of the fact the Cummings aren't the Mafia.. Wouldn't even surprise me IF I learned they thought Dom Perignon was a Mafia leader...

BBM Dark Red I completely and wholeheartedly disagree..Overstreet and The Croslins may have attempted to hide the truth as to what happened to Haleigh but for certain they aren't the ones hiding information as to how and where her remains were disposed of .. IMHO Seems to me thats now the pertinent information LE is interested in knowing... And thats the information the Cummings/Neves Sykes Clan are hiding..JMHO

ETA.. As I see it we are entitled here to believe as we choose..JMHO

I also happen to know we are not dealing with the Mafia here. This bunch couldn't even shine shoes for the Mafia.

Paranoia? There have been several deaths, disappearances, arrests, accidents, skull washing up, et al. Not quite the norm for a small town.

THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE ARE THE OVERSTREETS AND THE CROSLINS? Now you may be right here see, but I'm more or less thinking of the Cummings, Neves, Hankins, Sykes, Squires, et al. But that's just me. :escape:

Well, fellow poster, as much as I'd like to go there and sleuth with you, I would be too afraid, (referencing Em above.) I'm not a shy little thing and have investigated many things (professionally and unprofessionally) in my life, but we are talking about a whole different type of peope and atmosphere down there. And besides, unless you are trained and have first hand experience, (even if you did survive) whatever little tidbit, if any, you did find, would probably not help.

The only people I feel that could crack this case would be Tom Furman or the National Enquirer. Send Don Gentile and Tom down there. They are true professionals, know their stuff and would get the job done!

Now, how can we persuade them to get involved?

BBM

Sorry for jumping in here, but who is Tom Furman? Do you mean Mark Furman?
TIA

Thanks cam. Yesterday I called down to LE and spoke to a representative from the detective division. I asked her about this and she said she thought it was a plastic skull. She sounded very sincere, like she didn't have a clue. She said she would call me back but hasn't so far and I don't expect she will. Hoping you have better luck than I did. A big THANK YOU CAM for your efforts, because we're all dying to know. :tyou:

I recall reading about the skull when it was first located. It was said that it was a skull made of plastic material left from Halloween. I had one of those once and they do look real. I see people still posting on it but I hadn't been back since I read about it being fake. Are people now saying it is real???

You may laugh, of course..but in talking to locals, they are afraid of the Cummings. Who wouldn't be? Read some Court Documents...they're a scary bunch. They threaten, sue, bully and will use any legal or illegal tactic to stop you or to get money.

I also think locals are afraid of the police and want to please them. LE has made it clear they don't like bloggers, P.I's, media etc. Hardy was a brand new Sheriff when this happened and he cleaned house upon arrival. Maybe some of the former LE have spread the word around town not to talk with anyone but LE. That way all info stays under LE control

Not being a country girl, that place scares me. They say it is black out there at night....real dark and scary. Good place if you don't want to be seen...cause no one could. No street lights. People have to be real secure in themselves or carry big guns (which they do). I don't think they would quiver on pulling a trigger on a stranger crossing their property. Isn't every home around there heavily armed? betcha! Not my cup of tea, for sure.

So the neighbor would not have seen anyone at 202 Green due to darkness. IIRC ron never paid to have the utility light lit. I heard it cost $5.00. I think he like it dark. On buchanan, there are homes closer together then they are on Green. ron seeked out privacy...makes you wonder why, doesn't it? I think we all know the reasons.

It is dark around there at night, you feel like you're in the old days! People there seem very self reliant...

I disagree.
Yes we are. I am willing to change my opinion if I ever see something that actually points away from a Croslin.
So far there has been nothing but gossip and innuendo. IMO

IMO.. LE 's actions as well as their non action has convinced me LE does not believe the Croslins are the ones who are physically responsible for Haleigh's demise...PCSO declared this a homicide case over a year ago.. IF they thought a Croslin was physically responsible for what happened to Haleigh they would have been charged by now even IF they don't have a body..I
MHO.. They are either flying low under the radar, waiting for someone to mess up or LE down there, like Ron C and his mother, are hoping this will all just go away...JMHO....

Yes, I also think that there would have been a Croslin arrested by this time if LE had any inkling that one of them killed Haleigh. I think LE's plan fell through when the Croslins did not break and actually tell the truth about what they knew about what happened to Haleigh and who was involved.

As it stands right now, I'm not completely convinced they haven't told all they know as to what happened that afternon/evening... I don't know anymore...JMHO.. But I do know Ron C is the one directly responsible for what happened to Haleigh..JMHO

No MSM updates on this skull discovery that I could see. Not in Namus. Anyone else got updates?
