“Sedwick said Anthony Todt was not always home.

“In the beginning very rarely was he home. Last year after they moved to the rental home he was almost always home when I visited,” she said.” ——-

Sounds like when they first moved to FL TT didn’t fly to Fl much. The clinics in CT were closed on the weekends. Maybe trying to save money in travel costs, or maybe busy in CT.

Remembering the CT mom and children slain in Florida

For those interested in the process of mummification, this is an accurate write-up in accessible language. How to Make a Mummy (Accidentally)
This begs the question. Did AT mummify his victims on purpose? Drain them? Swaddle them? Deliberately dry them out?
To conceal toxins.... heavy metals... Arsenic?

They each got a summons. Megan was removed as a defendant when she was found deceased.

So if the date of the 12/26/19 is the date Megan was physically served this summons, she was alive on the 26th and very aware they were being evicted. That's what I'm trying to find out, whether there is proof that Megan accepted this summons on that date. Usually the person signs receipt to be recorded legally.

Well that would be interesting to research, whether you could mummify a corpse to lessen detection of certain poisons.

No. She didn't get the summons. Sorry I was misunderstanding.

Oh, thank you! So based on the summons document for Megan dated 12/26/2019, that was "out to be served", but was eventually returned unserved 1/22/2020, and legally dropped 1/28/2020. I wonder if any LE or court appointed people tried to serve it to her in late December? Also wonder if the law enforcement sent out on the 29th for a welfare check were aware of the pending summons.

Prosecutors have formally filed murder charges Anthony Todt, the man authorities say confessed to killing his wife and three children after their bodies were found inside their Celebration home this month.

Assistant State Attorney Danielle Marie Pinnell filed a charging document in Osceola County circuit court Wednesday for four counts of second-degree murder, each of which carries the possibility of life in prison if Todt is convicted.

I thought the 1/16 hearing was Todt initial (first) appearance in court? No?
It was his first appearance and he did not want the charges read in court.

I'm not so sure that Megan was still alive on the 26th.

Per Lauren Seabrook at WFTV, by law the state attorney office can't file first degree murder charges without a grand jury indictment because it carries the death penalty; hence, 2nd degree right now. If grand jury finds based on evidence 1st degree is warranted, then charges can change.

I just want to hear from his nasty mouth why. I've gone, I keep going down different holes yet all lead back to why. I can't see annihilating your entire family for anything as most cant. Secret family? Ok yea I'd be pissed sure, angry for a good while, you know what I'm saying. Medicare fraud? Well ok, lawyer up, do some federal time, probably lose your wife but you'd all be alive and you probably better as a person, you move on. Rebuild relationships with kids etc. But no matter what, it just doesn't equal murdering them. I also am curious about the link with his dad. Both obviously have something wrong upstairs. Anyone know if pop's case records are out there? I know docs are gonna evaluate TT, endlessly. I just hope he tells the story of why but I really want to know his dad's and his thinking right before. What made you consider such radical and just horrific acts. Odd though he didn't off himself, I think anyway. Which is ok. We might get real answers cause hes still breathing and I've got no issues putting the needle in his arm later!
Lucky out..

Wait, so now TT’s pleading NOT guilty to 2nd degree murder? He already confessed to first degree! Whack.

Correct. I think we are in for a wild ride on this case.

Are we sure this is a legit site out of the UK. Seems odd that 4 healthy people would not be able to overpower an umpaloompa like him. If the mom’s and one son’s clothes were still on, they was probably awake. Suffocating someone even in their sleep is extremely difficult. Also the boys were 11 n 13, probably taller than him at only 5’7. And why were the boys mattresses in his room. These r just rhetorical questions. Thanks for posting. And wow, if true, I guess there goes the mercy defense. It’s not like he wanted to peacefully put them out of their misery. If true, he must have had a lot of rage n hate for the whole family. Suffocating is also very risky. Any of them could have fought back, survived and/or retaliated.

Maybe AT dragged the bodies on top of the mattresses into the one room. He didn't want to touch dead bodies? His sons?
