I am new here but have looked and looked, even on the Osceola County Website, but can't find it. I am looking for the whole Witness List from the trail! Does anyone have it? I'd rather not go through all days of video to find the names etc.
Thank you and happy Sleuthing!
Hello! Since I am on my mobile device, it is hard for me to download the documents, but if you go to the following link (https://courts.osceolaclerk.com/BenchmarkWeb/Home.aspx/Search) and search for case 2020 CF 000149 and search the resulting page for “witness list,” there are attached documents to the left side that I believe do document the witnesses (though maybe not which ones were actually called)! Let me know if you still have difficulty, and I can fire up the old laptop.

Since the case is officially reopened and the Judge reviewed evidence again in Chambers, if you could ask Todt one question, what would you ask?
I've always been curious.

Are you certain the case against Tony Todt is officially reopened? My understanding was that his appeal was denied and he is incarcerated, service his sentence.

Due to a restructuring of Florida’s appellate courts, Todt''s appeal ultimately appeared in the newly created Sixth District Court of Appeal as case number 6D23-1278. On April 18, 2023, the court issued a very short decision that simply says “AFFIRMED.” That means the judges upheld the trial court in full—his convictions and sentences all stand. There’s no written opinion explaining their reasoning.

As of now, Todt remains serving life in prison without parole for the murders of Megan, the children, and the family dog.

"Anthony Todt, 50, murdered his wife Megan, 42, and their children Aleksander, 13, Tyler, 11, and Zoe, 4, in December 2019. He then lived with their four bodies for weeks after the murders, and even shared a bed with his dead wife and daughter at the family's vacation home in Celebration, Fla. Todt confessed to the crime but then claimed his wife killed their children. Records suggest he may have been motivated by his own financial ruin and pending federal arrest."
