Thanks Countem. Any idea what this means - is it connected with Todt’s appeal? I re-watched some of his testimony last night, wonder how he would go if he didn’t take the stand himself, he is just so repelling (as in opposite of compelling).

I assume that it is the motion from 02/15 that is denied, but they have not yet uploaded the documents to verify.

I am new here but have looked and looked, even on the Osceola County Website, but can't find it. I am looking for the whole Witness List from the trail! Does anyone have it? I'd rather not go through all days of video to find the names etc.
