It looks like the pre-trial meeting was held on 12/16/20. The case was transferred to a different division, and a status hearing was set for 2/5/21.

Prosecutors will not seek death penalty against dad accused of killing family at home in Celebration

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orange-Osceola State Attorney Aramis Ayala will not seek the death penalty against Anthony Todt, who stands accused of killing his wife and three children at a home in Celebration last year.

Ayala, who has made headlines in the past due to her stance on the death penalty, filed a notice of intent to not seek the death penalty in the case of Todt and several other high-profile cases. News 6 has reached out to Ayala, who did not seek re-election, for comment but has not heard back.

12/16/20 Update: Todt was brought from jail to the Osceola County Courthouse & appeared in the courtroom Wednesday afternoon with his public defender. Court officials said an order was signed Wednesday transferring the case from Judge Wayne Wooten & Felony Division 201 to Judge Keith Carsten & Felony Division 301. Divisions 201 & 301 are both in Osceola County, Fla. His case is set for a status hearing on Feb. 5, 2021, at 8:30am. before Judge Carsten. A trial date could be set at that time. On Tuesday, Todt’s attorney, Public Defender Robert Wesley, filed a motion for continuance of the pretrial conference because “additional time is needed in order to prepare this case for trial,” and, “The accused previously waived speedy trial.”
1/4/21 Update: Orange-Osceola State Attorney Aramis Ayala will not seek the death penalty against Todt.

It's been more than a year since Anthony Todt was arrested and accused of killing his wife and three children at their Celebration home.

During a hearing at the Osceola County Courthouse on Wednesday, a judge scheduled Todt's upcoming murder trial for a three-week period starting Sept. 27.
