Defense objection as to particular exhibits placed on the record. The youngest child, Zoe, also had a stuffed animal: Todt’s defense argued the jury shouldn’t see that. "I think the fact that you’re showing stuffed rabbit animals is designed solely to elicit sympathy on the part of jurors," an attorney said. The judge decided those pictures are relevant to the case, including providing clues about how long Todt stayed in the home with his family’s bodies. Motion to exclude individual photo exhibits-denied. Placed on the record evidence reviewed & entered State exhibits #1-6 under seal for purposes of this case. Next status hearing on 10/18/21.
