Husband doesn't seem to be speaking to the media at this time.

Shane Jenkins, who is the father of Nease's three children, said he and all four children left Friday, Feb. 26 for an out-of-town trip. He said Melissa was supposed to accompany them, but she had to work and stayed behind. Harris said her sister was doing clerical work at an office in Leesburg — a job she had started just days before her death was reported.

Jenkins said he messaged Nease several times while he and the children were away, but got no answer.

Jenkins said he and Nease have been together for 11 years. The children, he said, are devastated about their mother's death.

"They keep telling me they want their mommy and I don't have any answers for them," he tearfully told the Star-Banner last week

I need to know more about her not going on the family trip. Who knew she was going to be home alone? And how did they know?

Yes! Correct! I forgot I read that. I meant like having interviews with msm to find her etc.

I don't see this as random.

I doubt we'll hear anything yet but I wonder if there was a sexual assault. That would make a difference in my mind as to what direction I would be looking at.
Also since we got a picture of one of them leaving I wonder if there's anything that shows them entering.

I paused the video on subject two that LE released and took a couple of screenshots. Out of curiosity I wanted to see if gloves were worn. I didn’t see any. In his/her left it looks like they’re holding something. 78EF88AC-6961-4135-9E46-0E4B77CA95D4.pngA5E934A6-4743-4087-8FCA-4161BCC9981B.jpeg3A31A246-7600-4F2D-97F9-4DA0A2499775.jpeg

Whoa so now it's three guys? Including the fool tripping over the chair running away?

To me this says burglary gone wrong. Three guys to empty out the house. I am probably wrong.

If it's a hit do you bring along friends? Do ya not know there's a camera. If you have an ounce of sense and are going to murder someone you do it yourself and tell nobody.

Good points! I wasn't clear if all three suspects were at the scene of the crime. Has that been confirmed? Some articles blocked for me. If they were, that would indeed paint a different picture and likely could be burglary gone wrong. Possibly the burglars knew the family and believed they had something in the house they wants or felt entitled to (drugs, money, etc). They thought the family would be out of the house for vacation so chose that weekend to break in. However, they were surprised to see MN at home and ended up killing her -- thus not pre-meditated as in the other proposed scenarios. In this hypothetical scenario it's not a random killing, but a case of collateral damage.

She has an “only fans” username on her FB profile, so it appears her new clerical job may not be her only source of income.

The more I dig the more uncomfortable I am. I know we can’t talk about it but I have a theory.

If it's the gun then he seems to be a left hander.

Could you provide a hypothetical scenario?

I have seen a couple of posts mentioning 3 suspects. Can someone please post a link to a source that says this. I have only found articles that mention 2 suspects. Did I miss something?

Thank you.

I hope this crime gets solved quickly. Then, her family can better be able to focus on helping her children through what must be devastating grief.

I’ve only seen the same, still looking to ID. With them publicly stating that they know 2 suspects, can we hope for a break this week?

This article: "Records show two suspects have already been identified, although their names have not been released, and now authorities are hoping someone will recognize the third." Strange wording because the rest of the article never mentions a third suspect and there's no way to know how/why PE suspects a third.

The gun????
It may very well be, but I'm thinking it's a flashlight. To me anyway, it looks like a larger cylinder shape than a gun, and by the way he's holding it, it appears to me anyway to be straight.

My guess is a robbery gone bad.
