MIAMI BEACH, Fla. - A decomposed body was found Monday morning near the Julia Tuttle Causeway in Miami Beach.

Miami Beach police Officer Ernesto Rodriguez said a construction worker discovered the body along the eastbound lanes of the causeway about 9 a.m. and called police.



The body was that of a male "in an advanced stage of decomposition," Rodriguez said, but no other information was immediately available.
