Hey, there may have been an update on the page since you posted. He's not listed as black anymore. He now has clothing listed too: blue shorts, size M, white briefs, dark long-sleeved shirt.

I wonder if they worked out the hair was naturally sandy coloured. I know there are black people with lighter hair, but as far as I know, sandy colour isn't one that black people generally have without bleaching. Maybe he's biracial with a large caucasian admixture? (Please correct me if I'm being inadvertantly racist, I fully acknowledge the spectrum of black hair is well outside my personal experience, and MOO may be showing my whiteness in a big way.)

Idk, I have seen mixed/lighter black people with brown-ish/auburn coloured hair and I guess this could refer to that. But sandy is an unusual term for hair colour. They could mean he had grey hair, or streaks of a different colour in his hair? I feel if it was sandy blond it would just say blond.

I agree, sandy doesn't, from the way I've used it or seen used as a descriptor, have that reddish cast, it's kind of a brownish blond. The black people I've seen with lighter hair, it's tended to have that slight gingery tone, and I wouldn't call that sandy. (Again, my sample of experience is not the totality of hairtones, so may be off.)
