Comments from the good guy

http://www.wptv.com/news/region-mar...in-harrouff-grateful-to-see-harrouff-arrested

THe good guy needed plastic surgury on his face.

This video has what appears to be him coming out of the hosptal instead of going into jail

http://www.wpbf.com/article/austin-harrouff-charged-in-gruesome-killing-of-local-couple/4470204

When I first saw him I was surprised - not exactly sure what I was expecting, but he looked better than I thought he would. i could not tell if he gait was cause of the shackles or maybe still on pain meds?

I'm shocked. Stumped. How could he be walking? Multi organ failure, possible brain damage? I think his condition was EXTREMELY exaggerated. Mentally he looks zonked. Thorazine zonked. I'm thinking some brain damage? Anyway, I'm conflicted because if he is very mentally unwell, jail won't suit him. He also could be a danger to other inmates.

Very interesting. I thought this thread wouldn't ever progress again. But looks like victims will hopefully get justice for their loved ones.

Just an aside, I've been hospitalized maybe 4 times for major surgeries and didn't come out looking as good as he does. Even his hair!!!

Boca police: Man on flakka offers ride to woman whose car he stole

2015

http://crime.blog.palmbeachpost.com...m-woman-in-boca-man-offers-to-drive-her-home/

Its all so strange. In the booking photo he looks pale but oriented. One would think that as posien is getting metaboliized stuff would start to happen. We know police did not see him drink anything, there was some time in getting him off vistim handcuffed, drive, get into booking take picture - all that time the stuff is being assimilated.

For him to end up int the condition he ultimtly ended up, for so long, is just weird.

Could it be possible he drank something after the garage . IIRC it was not (or was it and age is upon me again!) that he drank something. I remember that coming out only a couple of days later.

Its not like a burned out throat would not be known about for several days. Its very odd in terms of timeline. I would think if anything you would be worse , medically, the first 24 hours , than from hours 36 72?

I found dads comment peculiar

" But then when we found out that he was going directly to jail did not pass go, we were ok "

According to one of the articles I read here yesterday, he's still under sedation. Hard to tell how much, or how long he will be that way. Depends on what outpatient orders the doctor prescribed.

Wow. I am shocked at how well he looks. Walks fine. Didn't need assistance holding himself up. Obviously has more mental/cognitive ability than most of us were thinking. Eyes do look around just a bit. Appears he is aware. I don't think he is/ looks as robotic as much as he just looks like "I am totally #{€^#!" Prob told not to say a word and not to make eye contact. Really really shocked. The info we had access to...made me think he was teetering on death's door ---- ever heard of anyone going directly from ICU, critcal condition and organs failing...straight to walking out of the hospital and into jail/or sent home for that matter. No rehab? This is weird. Then again, we really never knew for certain how he was doing.

What are you all thinking

Totally with you I am still spinning after see him ( Blue PMed to tell me he was out- I had not known till a little bit ago).

Its just not at all what I was thinking. I expected much more weight loss, he was groomed.

At the same time I think its a given that he will not talk - might even do the 5th I refuse...iincriminate me deal

What could he possibly gain by cooperating? I also wonder if jail buddies tend to take a disliking (like to sexual offenders baby killers) to eating face "colleagues" in that setting !

I think the lack of eye content was meds related or the typical vacancy with mental illiness (schiz)

I also think first he might not authenticaaly remember anything, and if the "look" is not med related from physically , they probably have had him on antipsycotics for some time. In a medical setting like he was they would have plenty of time to tweak his meds to where they get them not to sleepy but out of it.

I never felt , through Batman trial ,that Holmes ever grasped what he did , and am wondering if that might end up being the case here

Dont know if means aything I was surprised at how much acne he had in booking photo?

Snyder explains that the FBI is doing the testing as a favor, and they already had other cases on their plate when he made the request for the Harrouff case

.

“We’re really not in a position to push on them; it’s a national lab — I mean, you can see recently we’ve had some pretty big terrorist cases — that’s a lot of evidence so we have to wait our turn in line.”

His body obviously had alot of problems metabolizingbthat stuff. The longer it was in his system, the more damage it would cause. If you take a look at the jail pic where he is wearing the suicide gown, his complexion looks really different. Almost looks like he's covered with little tiny molds, which were not there in pics we saw before all this happened. When his dad talked about organ failure, he probably has alot of organ damage that could lead to failure. He's definitely not out of the woods yet!

Agreed !
This perp fills me with revulsion.
He seems to be healthier than expected and often people recovering from severe illness will look haggard ...and certainly there should be a little weight loss ?
I cannot think of one good reason for this monster to ever be released.

Thanks. I watched it twice, and I can't tell if he is understanding or feeling anything. He looks like a deer in the headlights, frozen waiting to be run over. I see sanpaku eyes and shallow breathing. Not sure he is feeling fear or anything. Curious to hear other people's observations.

I like facts, too. I'm all for it. Bring on some facts.

Attorney Robert Watson speaks outside Martin County courtroom on Austin Harrouff...“I realize that people want answers, people want to guess about this thing,” Watson said Tuesday. “But I like facts. So let’s find facts."

He entered the courthouse in silence on Tuesday, and Martin County Sheriff William Snyder told the Post that he had not yet spoken to authorities.

“It’s going to be up to him and his attorney whether he wants to give us a statement or not,” Snyder said.

This lawyer is doing a good job of making himself look shady:
Watson said his client has been responding to treatment for his various medical issues, but did not go into details. When asked if Harrouff understood what had happened or if he remembered what he did, Watson said what he talks about with his client is confidential.

He has blood on his face in the booking picture.
