Fisher and his family have requested privacy, the family member said.

Antone getting the feeling he won't face trail but declare mental insanity?

I don't it he isn't doing well in hospital might not make it to trial.even if he does, drugs are not mental insanity in the sense of the word.He took drugs caused a mental insanity

I wonder why those tests take so long to test? Do they have to send away samples to another LAB?
According to one article, authorities have requested "expedited" results for the tox screen.

Maybe that's why the FBI is taking over the testing now? They might get it done faster.

good news. they need to get this drug off the market asap.

The initial screen has ruled out marijuana, cocaine and amphetamines, FWIW.

But did they test for long term steroid abuse, I wonder?

I think the more in depth screening is what we're waiting on at this point, but those 3 things have been ruled out in the initial drug panel.

The problem is, they pull one drug and another is designed to take its place... meh.

sad but true.
Legalizing marijuana might stop the flakka craze (I hope).

I fear he'll walk. Just a fear due to all the strange frat boy rape cases getting slaps on the wrist. The affluenza Texas Teen didn't spend time in jail for killing three people.
Losing faith in our judicial system quickly esp., if white, rich male in this country..

They might try diminished capacity line of defense. I don't think insanity will work, but I could be wrong. If his mom heard him make some strange statements, unless she knew or had known in the past he might be doing drugs or suffering from DT's, a trip to the doctor might have been a good idea. But if she was unaware of any problems, she probably dismissed the idea that there was something wrong.

If we aren't talking Flakka/bath salts here, I'm leaning towards steroid abuse and mental illness.

With steroids, the rages are known to manifest when the user is off the drug, hence the YouTube tirade about not needing them. As for mental illness, many cases present themselves in males during the late teen years.

There's definitely gotta be some sort of substance abuse and personal demons here..

Im surprised no one has brought this similar case to the thread's attention. I have a tough time believing that even in a roid rage someone would chew on another person's face. Maybe he was on steroids, but something else made him act this way, too. Just for the record, I have found that individuals who consistently use fake accents in normal every day communication (not acting for example) tend to have deep rooted issues. One individual I was acquainted with spoke consistently with a British accent even at his job working a cash register. He was not British. He eventually raped a 7 year old, was caught and convicted. I can't image what he may have done if he was taking a narcotic as bad as bath salts or Flakka.

What about Madonna? She used to talk with a fake British accent.

I didn't watch his accent videos, and I guess some people think he's strange. I thought his "don't need steroids video" showed he was more troubled and depressed than he'd admit.

But, I have a few friends that are drama majors and theatrical and they're known to break out in weird songs and try out all kinds of accents. I'd guess he's probably an attention seeker wanting to be in the spotlight

I don't know about Madonna and will keep my opinions of her to myself, however I do remember she had some serious daddy issues.

I also thought he had either identity issues or some type of depression. Regardless, there are some issues there.

Yes, I could see drama majors doing that, but if you've never met someone who speaks consistently with a fake accent to the point where people are questioning where they are from, its something else when you find out they are just a regular old joe shmoe from the local area. The guy I knew spoke with a British accent, and everyone thought he was British. Low and behold, he, and the rest of his family, was from the local area.

So supposedly the guy wasn't on bath salts, maybe it is possible neither was the person this thread is about.
