Her family thinks Michelle's ex-boyfriend may know something. The couple were recently on an episode of the People's Court, arguing over that same SUV.

“He was mad because the truck was in his name and he wanted it out of his name, now the truck has been found and he's not,” said Michelle's mother Yvonne Stewart.

Police told News 13 they do not have any suspects. They did confirm Michelle and her ex-boyfriend did have a violent history.

The family said they became worried when her brother texted Parker asking where she was, and she responded "Waterford."

"The police said her phone was never in Waterford. They searched the towers, that was a decoy," said Stewart.

If this was a decoy, and Michelle's phone was never in Waterford, could the same towers be searched to see from where the call to Michelle's brother originated? Say, from "the suspect's" neighborhood? AND when the word decoy is used, is LE saying Michelle's phone was used to make the call but she was never in Waterford OR was a different phone used?

Sorry for all the questions. As I said, I have a cell phone, and I occasionally use it to make calls ... that's it. I'm cell phone illiterate. :innocent:

IMO, whoever sent the text message stating "Waterford" was basically a LIE. Once LE was able to track the cellphone to where the Hummer was located, this is when they discovered "Waterford" was just a ruse to throw everyone in another direction.

Investigators said [Michelle] has a violent history with her ex-fiance.

But Parker's brother Dustin Erickson doesn't believe that Smith did anything to harm her. He says he never saw any signs of abuse.

"I don't know about a violent history. I know they've had their altercations. I can't say anything about physical abuse. I know violence can be vague," Erickson said. "I don't think he has anything to do with this, her missing."

Her family said they became concerned when she did not show up for work.

It's surprising to me that Michelle's brother says he knows nothing about a violent history between Michelle and DS and is defending the ex-bf in saying that he doesn't think DS had anything to do with Michelle's disappearance. LE has searched DS's home, taken items from the home, and have two officers parked outside. Obviously at this point they believe DS is involved. The brother's statement just strikes me as odd.

I agree Patty, this is the worst reporting I've ever seen. I can't imagine what WS's went thru in following Caylee's case!!! Unbelievable. She's been gone for almost 2 days and they can't define what time she actually last seen. Still seeing 2:30 and then 4:00 PM!!!!

I'm going to take a few and try and put it all together...and I have a few questions also. Sorry for not getting back to you yesterday on a ? you had....I didn't catch it because I had scurried off for a press conference in Sky's case.

Not a problem. The information I was looking for came out a little later last night about the fact that Michele was suppose to have dinner with her new bf.

All we know at this point is she was last seen at 2:30 and that she "allegedly" responded to a text from her brother. However, that text didn't make any sense because her phone did not pinged in Waterford, but pinged where her vehicle was located. So either she was playing games with her brother OR someone else sent the text.

Thank you so much for posting that! I got more insight about him at the end than at any time during the show. Lots of suppressed rage going on there with him.

I still feel deep in my soul that the episode of them on People's Court was playing in his condo when she dropped the children off. She might have sat and watched it and then it brought up all the same stuff discussed at the show, especially the "one on one" after the show.

I just feel that $2,500.00 was still hanging out there and perhaps Dale wanting to know when she will pay it, and IF the Hummer is in his name, him wanting that out of his name too!

They have this "fatal attraction" type of relationship and I still wished she made arrangements with Family Court to have the children dropped off and picked up at a public place like the police station.

I sure hope I am wrong, but clearly, within a short amount of time from drop-off and this text message, of which, police indicate was not the area she was in, something happened to Michele.

I wish we knew when the police went to his house after the grandmother called.

Ugh, another missing woman in my area. The Goldenrod area isn't far from the Anthony's house to give some perspective. Waterford is probably about 20-30 minutes from there dpending on traffic. Waterford is a very popular shopping area with just about every store you could want in outdoor areas rather than an inside mall. Again, lots of wooded sections all throughout that area from her home to Waterford and in all directions. I know it said she wasn't AT Waterford, but didn't she say she was going shopping? This would be a popular place to stop in the area. My prayers are with her family. If anyone has questions I can try to answer. This is near my business.

I couldn't find a source that specified how much of the judgement is paid. Since different states have different statutory maximums, I doubt all claimants are paid the full judgement. From the wikipedia article posted above about the "new" People's Court (after Judge Wapner):

OK I tried to do a map chronologically with the exception of the gma's house.
At 2:30--Her sister, Lauren said she was going to pick the kids up (daycare?) and it's later reported she was going to drop the twins at Dales house. She was there because DS then says she went shopping. MP's 11 yr old son says at 3:30 upon arriving home, mom was not there. He notifies gma and she calls LE. At 4:26 brother texts her to ask where she is...someone replies Waterford. That reply is later said to be a decoy, per LE. She was to meet with her current boyfriend DM? for dinner before she was to go to work at The Barn at 7:30. The cell phone pinged in the area of Orange Ave & Oakridge between 6PM & 8PM...and then the phone was powered down at 8:01.

*** IMO, if she was suppose to be home at 3:30 to meet her son...and she wasn't, then there only 1 hour in question. 2:30 - 3:30. Actually less, because she had to drive to DS's...and we know she was there.

Been gone all day and was hoping for more news. The news that she has been located and is fine.
Sadly that's not the case.
So the ex has been questioned and his house searched.
The children are all ok.
Her brother is defending the ex to a certain extent.
The car was located at a mall stripped of the decals.
The text was a decoy which is absolutely no surprise to me.
LE are saying her phone was manually powered down around 8:00 PM Thursday night.
Someone has accessed her FB since she's been missing. (I believe someone figured out her password on that one) IMO
It was private yesterday when I looked.

They are saying he, DS, is violent and dangerous? Why? We know they argued and he grabbed her at the convention in Atlanta, but the DV petition(?) was because he yelled and threatened her. What kinds of threats...to kill her- or something frivolent and stupid...they both seem dramatic, tbh. Is there a report (LE) of him being physically abusive with her? Not trying to defend him...it's just I'd like to know why media is reporting it this way. kwim?

Was her brother texting her because he knew she was missing? Did he know or was he just texting her...if so, why? In the one video it shows a portion of the texts and he replied "So, not near me, lol" then the reply of "Waterford" from her phone.
