I grew up in the Pinecastle/Belle Isle area, still live here. My taller half actually (per info on here) went to high school with DSII (although he doesn't remember him and certainly doesn't know him now).

I live a few blocks away from where the phone was found and often drive that bridge on the way to/from the grocery store. I can imagine how easy it would be to throw something out of the window into the water; it's a very narrow bridge and a walkway only on one side (South). I was looking at a map of the area, because it got me thinking of the route that someone (DS) would take from his house to his parents' house or the old country bar on Oak Ridge Rd.

I know this area pretty well and there are dirt roads (more like trails) that you can take back to this lake.

I think this area should be searched, (EDIT: Lake Warren) since it seems to be on the route from DS condo through Belle Isle (and over the Nela bridge). It's the route that only a local would take, IMO. It's slow, there's a lot of stop signs between the bridge and Conway Rd as well as speed bumps. Also, a Hummer would not be out of place in this neighborhood, even in the day. It's a mix of more affluent families and middle class, depending on the section and the individual house.
I have not been back there in forever (we used to ride four wheelers near the lake back in the day). But this seems a more likely spot to hide a body than the Sky Lake canal. Granted, that canal is dirty (lots of Muscovee ducks and trash; I can't remember a time when it wasn't the running joke of the area about how dirty the canal was/is) but with houses surrounding it throughout (really, except for the back of Oak Ridge High School, the back of the Auditorium and a few buildings and the ballfield on the other side). Too populated for someone to go unnoticed, IMO.

My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. I have been following this story since it broke and I am still praying for a positive outcome.

Sorry if this is disjointed. My train skips tracks pretty often. And hello, all.

All of these searches in water make me think that they have some reason to search in water, if that makes any sense. In other words, why aren't they searching fields, parks, forested areas as heavily. Did they find wet clothing? Pictures of wet clothing? Some other evidence of water being involved?

I wonder if there was water in the background of one of the photos LE lifted from the cell phone? :waitasec:

I remember that, the article said Friday so I was thinking it meant today? Was not wanting to add to the confusion!

It appears that it may happen today.

I know some of you think that LE has a handle on all this, but how come it took them 3 weeks to find out Dale's dad own another house? :waitasec:

I'm convinced it's the Lela Ave bridge......I'll go back to the eating liver scenario if I'm wrong!!

The reason i think its hoffner is because that is the only road that goes between little lake conway and Lake conway.. and i believe it was reported that the phone was found in that location. (here is an article that states that: http://www.palmbeachpost.com/news/s...aunch-search-for-michelle-parker-2022554.html)
nela ave just seems to cut through lake conway.. further south than where little lake conway is..

Websleuths peeps are SO much quicker than the media! I had to turn Nancy off last night because she was a day behind on everything & she wasn't hearing my shouts to her through the tube. LOL! We rock here, don't we??!! The Chaucer location was discussed like a week ago too. Hoo!

For all we know, they could have known about it, but just not had a reason to search until now?!

I was just thinking along these lines...I mean they MUST have just found out about this house because wouldn't they have searched this area first if they had known about it.

So this locale is NOT where the phone was found, but another area they are searching where Sr. owns a house or property? I thought it was the same general area, which would mean that they HAD searched there, since the phone was found...or I am totally wrong about the locations...?
