If Michelle's mother or sister dialed 911 from the area they live, would it go to the Orlando Police Department?

Depends...sister would be Seminole County Sheriff's office and I'm not sure where mom currently lives but if it's Oviedo it would be Oviedo PD.

Not MSM, but someone tweeted 20 mins ago to Martha Sugalski that OSCO is searching a canal behind her house in S. Orlando. Martha replied, "right now?"

What do they benefit from making an early arrest? If they do not have enough evidence to prove to a jury that a murder was committed without the addition of a body then he could well be acquitted.

I don't believe LE named him a suspect in hopes he would make a mistake. I tend to think they know he was involved in a probable murder and are simply waiting for a more likely conviction with a body. (I am so sorry, Sparky )

Scott Peterson was not arrested until Laci was located. Doug Stewart was however convicted without Venus being recovered. Josh Powell has yet to be arrested and Susan remains missing to this day.

The mere fact that LE has not arrested Dale for murder does not satisfy my mind that no murder was committed nor relinquish his, imo, probable involvement.

Or could it be in the hands of the DA.. the police know or feel they know what happened and the DA doesnt feel (currently) its enough to bring it to trial...
I guess proven beyond a shadow of a doubt has LE holding back right now.

I would assume it would go thru Seminole County or Sanford PD, then maybe be transferred to OPD, or they ask for location and transfer it?

I sent an email to WFTV asking when they shot the footage of OPD searching the woods as well as the footage of OPD at his house showing Dale in the garage. IF and when they reply, I will post their response.

I think OPD was at the house on 11/17 to do an preliminary walk-through as well as a more extensive search on 11/18/

I have not been able to confirm anywhere his condo was searched on the 17th. I would think when Lauren was talking in the video she would have mentioned it. jmo

I would think LE would have either called Dale at some point on 11/17 to ask him some questions and perhaps had him come back so they could just do a "basic" walk-through as this would be SOP.

Lauren left out a lot of stuff, and added stuff as time went on.

FWIW, I doubt Dale would post on 11/17 that LE searched his house, when they didn't, as this post is sealed in concrete now.

Clearly LE was monitoring his Facebook account, and if Dale was lying, well then, that would be something that would clearly cause a "red flag" within OPD.

It seems that LE is convinced they will find her in the water....what could they know that is pushing them so strongly in this direction? IMO, they KNOW she is in the water...but how?

Thanks. Well it appears that Brockbank is just across the canal from Chaucer so it makes sense as to why they are searching here. I guess there's no way to know if he rents this house out or if it's vacant?
