No... It was probably closer to 4pm maybe just a little before that but no more than 10-15 minutes. I'm basing that on what time we got back to the shop after or stop in Waterford.

Would her hummer been on video at the toll booth?

If there is a photo...that would confirn for sure and open up a lot of new questions.

Do you still have the detectives name you talked to....you might could do a follow up call to see if they did or did not find your car and her hummer...

Yes the 408 is a toll road... I'm thinking the vehicle passed us around the toll plaza ther just after Dean road. If I'm correct then it never passed through the toll booths but was in the epass/sunpass lanes just like us.

As for Cameras the toll road does have them but I wouldn't count on them capturing much. We've had our battery go out unknown to us in our epass and continued busting the epass lanes and we never get a warning in the mail...

Ok Thanks. Okay so let's assume that Dale totally got his time mixed up. Would it have been possible for Michelle to make it to this place by 345 or 4 PM after leaving Dale's?

We got on the 408 from the 417... I'm thinking the Hummer passed us right around the toll plaza just past Dean road and before you get to Rouse Rd.

There are cameras at several locations in addition to her epass that would have logged this. I am not in any way saying you are a liar. I am saying that her epass would have logged that & LE most likely has that info. The cams along the 408 (a few right at that toll booth at Rouse) in addition to the nice big one at the intersection where you say you sat in traffic w/ her. Doesn't explain the pesky Waterford text at 4:26 (?) not pinging anywhere near this area but rather a half hour away. So, 3:45 she leaves Dale's, hauls to Waterford/408/Alafaya by 4:00, then over to Oakridge by 4:26? Nah. No way. I tried. I did.

What I was looking for:

The lake where the phone was found is about seven miles from Smith's apartment, where Parker dropped off the twins at 3:18 p.m. that day. About 4:30 p.m., Smith dropped off the children at his parents' house, about 10 miles from his home.About the same time, Parker's brother said he got a text from her phone saying she might be in Waterford Lakes area, about eight miles from where her Hummer was found the next day.

I can only confirm that I saw the vehicle... I noticed it when it passed our vehicle on the 408 going east. We happen to catch up with it at the Alafaya exit there at the light on the off ramp. My passenger got a better look and said later he noticed it was a female behind the wheel... The only reason we took any notice of the vehicle was because it was a nice looking Hummer with a huge decal in the rear window and I noticed the tire cover was crooked...

So again how many Hummers with a giant Glow sticker in its rear window do you think is running around Orlando? Especially at 4pm on 11-17-11 there at the Alafaya exit off of the 408?

Ok since we are entertaining far out theories as requested by yourself, lets consider this one, for the sake of argument:

You are the supposed eyewitness to the hummer near Waterford, at 4pm, an area far out of the way, but just happens to be the area that the text states at that time from Michelle's phone, which police have declared to be bogus.

There is nothing to verify what you have claim to have seen. Have the police stated your sighting to be credible?

You have stated in your posts that suspicion surrounding DSjr and DSsr is mere speculation, and have repeatedly pushed that she HAD to have taken the 417. You claim that a car jacking is an equally possible theory.

What if I were to suggest that you are DSjr or a relative/friend of his trying to establish an alibi? Or promote a red herring?

My intent is not to pick on you, but you get my point. You can't have it both ways. If you want us to entertain unusual unsubstantiated theories, then you must accept debate about all theories, even alien abduction. Including theories that you may not agree with, but have more evidence, like the theory of DSjr/sr murdering and disposing of MP.

How do you know what LE has? they seem to be playing everything pretty close to the chest. How do we know what they've put out is accurate and not part of a strategy? Also, where did you get 3:45? If she supposedly left DSJR after 10 minutes that would be 3:28.

All is forgiven...

I wished it had been Elvis or even a UFO... But sadly it was the Hummer that's been so heavily talked about... I get a sense I was destined to have seen the thing. A great many things occurred that day that made it stick in my mind long before I knew the vehicle would come up missing. I probably pass hundreds of cars in my travels on a daily basis. Sometimes I see some really nice cars but when I first saw that Hummer something struck me about that vehicle that just told me to take more of a notice of it. I remembered it had an unusual Lic plate starting with AWG, and that reminded me of the old AMG cars. I noticed it's tire cover was crooked something you don't usually expect to see on a vehicle that nice and well taken care of. Then of course there was that first eye catching strange decal in the rear window... I was trying to figure out what 'GLOW' was meant to be advertising...

But with that said it still bugs me about how that vehicle could be in Waterford at 4pm when LE has said her phone was never in that area. Did she forget her phone or mistakenly leave it at DS Jr's house? That might explain why it never shows up as being in Waterford and could possibly explain why she never answered her 11 year old son?

She arrived at 3:18 (probably 3:19 by the time she put it in park). A minimum of 4-5 minutes to unbuckle 2 children from car seats & grab their things. DS says they spoke for about 10 mins right or did I hear longer? (would love someone to clarify that) At that time of day, I would imagine traffic is becoming a little busier so I just think it is not plausible time frame wise. Why drive from DS to Waterford lakes & do what, turn around w/o stopping to race back to Oakridge area to text that you are in Waterford? Makes no sense at all no matter how I try to make it work.

Also the phone did not ping in Waterford, unless people are now suggesting that it were Michelle herself who threw her phone into the lake on the way, which if she took that route, wouldn't have gotten her to Waterford in time for the "sighting", nor could she have possibly texted from Waterford.

You're right it makes no sense seeing how we have that tape time stamped 3:18 and then the HUMMER found around 10:30. We just have so much concrete evidence between this two times.

I never said I knew what LE has.

She was on camera at 3:18. 3:19-20 by the time she puts it in park, unbuckles her seatbelt, turns car off (geez, hope she isn't sending a text). 4-5 mins minimum unbuckling 2 children from car seats. Another 1-2 mins walk up, ring door, etc. Chat w/ DS for allegedly 10 mins. That would bring us to 3:47 getting IN her vehicle.
