I havent had a computer due to a virus, and am far behind in this case because i work 2 hours from home 3 to 4 days a week and have no access to tv or computer while there.

Does anyone have a link to the photos? Has a date and time been stated of them? Where was that photo of herself was taken?

Was anything else stated about the phone or its contents?

The last i heard was that they had found the phone but LE wasnt telling the family any thing else.

As far as I know, LE has released no other information other than where the phone was found and they are able to retrieve data from it.

They have not said why they chose to release that phone Michelle took of herself, when it was taken or any details at all about it. I believe out of all the photos on her phone, there had to a reason why they chose that one. I'm wondering if it has something specifically to do with her disappearing and they know they will be sending a message to the perp, whomever it is.

I wanted to point some things out concerning Dale Jrs inteligence or lack of. I saw it mentioned that he would be smarter than to leave evidence behind or close to his or his parents home. I disagree based on his past behavior.

Dale Jr participated in the beating and stabbing of a man........this IMO is not smart at all and points to him having a temper that he either can not or chooses not to control.

Dale Jr not only committed domestic violence but also had Ecstasy in his possession while in the Marines which had him court martialed and dishonorably discharged.........again IMO not smart and once again points to a temper and/or anger issues.

Dale Jr while on the way inside of the courthouse for the emergency custody issue shoved a reporter hard enough to make the person fall onto the ground even though the reporter was not in Dale's way while knowing that a camera was catching his every move...........IMO this is the same as my first two examples.

Dale Jr admitted on The People's Court episode that he smashed his camera so that he would not hit Michelle because of the engagement ring going over the railing of the balcony............I'm seeing a pattern here.

IMO Dale Jr has not only an anger issue, he also is not very intelligent. If a person does something that is not only wrong but puts a spotlight on their problems knowing full well that a camera is catching their every move or that there will be serious consequences for their actions, then that person is indeed not intelligent enough. That person could also be arrogant enough to believe that the rules and laws do not apply to them so why bother trying to cover up their crimes in some clever fashion.

Good post! I agree, especially about the arrogant part. Even smart people sometimes do dumb things, just because they believe they will get away with it. Their superior attitude is often their undoing. Think Scott Peterson.
And oh, yeah... he definitely has an anger management problem.

As far as the family comments, they were excited that the phone was found,, then the next day her mom seemed to be very upset, seeming to face the possibility that Michelle is no longer with us.

There were also searches yesterday involving dive teams, one of which was in a canal behind a house owned by Dale Sr. and occupied by his sister.

Another question: Does anybody know about her Glow business? Where was it located?

It was a mobile business, meaning she went to the client. Her mother said in an interview that she only went to people she knew or to for example weddings, by referral of friends.

Some clients also came to the hair salon from what I understood.

They did release those two photos at the same time and IIRC it was the next morning after the family had identified the phone. At that time LE was not saying when or where they found the phone. Since then, they have confirmed where but still not when, as far as I know. I could be wrong.

I'm convinced Dale did not give the correct time of her arrival being 4:00pm. The neighbor who had the surveillance camera said his camera time was not wrong and it shows her arriving at 3:18. I do believe that is the time Mark Nejame is also going by since he kept spouting the 72 minute tirade on the news saying Dale could have done this in the 72 minutes between 3:18 and 4:30 when he supposedly arrived at his parent's house.

Still reading the thread to catch up...but had to mention a 'what if' scenario that just popped into my mind. What if MP went to drop off the kids and DSJr. said to her something along the lines of "can you follow me to xyz location to pick up my car...it ran out of gas (or broke down)"

So, in this scenario... MP drives hummer there herself and then.... I don't know...was just a thought....could MP have driven the hummer herself to the location where it was ultimately found?

If Dale knew how prompt Michelle was and I'm betting he did I wonder why he said she got there at 4pm? I'm also betting he knew what time her son got home so why not just say she left at 3:30ish? As far as the text I don't recall the text saying anything about shopping and I don't recall Dale mentioning anything about her going shopping in Waterford. Ao there is noting mysterious about the text in that regard. If Dale wanted to convince people "where" she went shopping then he would have tried to match his supposed lie with a place that matched the text he supposedly sent. "She went shopping- in Waterford".

My point was that many reports from Michelle's family say Dale told them Michelle said "she was going shopping". Everyone else said she planned on dropping off twins then heading home for a nap. Dale is only one to discus a change of plans. And then a text appeared at 4:26 to her brother saying "waterford" - a known shopping spot. No cell phone pings were remotely near Waterford. I believe Dale made up "Michelle shopping" to coincide with the "Waterford" text HE sent... Just sayin'

The only way to turn North on Goldenrod is for you to go down to the Lee Vista Blvd to make a U-turn. Why would she go well out of her way by doing a U-turn on Goldenrod, when she could take Lee Vista Blvd back to the 417... It's been said she was going home and taking Goldenrod instead of Lee Vista Blvd would cost you an extra 10-15 minutes of travel time..."




This is for my clarification only. It's late and I'm a little tired. I'm not familiar with the area at all. Have you had a memory jog or are you talking about two different times or..?

I was throwing ideas around in an attempt to clarify if I was mistaken or not. My passenger and I have discussed this several times since then and we keep coming back to it had to be the 408 and Alafaya Trail.

the main thing isn't what we may have seen or haven't seen. If the toll road recorded her vehicle on it at around the time my passenger said we seen it. That's all the proof anyone needs to clarify that the Hummer was indeed there and that's completely independent of any testimony. It'd be real hard to argue that her epass/sunpass logged a toll charge on a road she wasn't supposed to be on, don't you think?

I'm in the catch up mode too, but skipped ahead for a minute to see if something else I was reading had been addressed and this post caught my eye. I also have had a "what if" scenario thought pop in my mind more than once. I keep thinking someone else was at the condo with him. Someone who could have watched the twins....either AFTER something terrible and extremely quick happened to MP, or while DS forced her to drive away with him.

I have to believe that LE has already looked at her sunpass records for that day and already know what areas her pass scanned through. Surely that is one of the things they looked at very early on.

As for Cameras the toll road does have them but I wouldn't count on them capturing much. We've had our battery go out unknown to us in our epass and continued busting the epass lanes and we never get a warning in the mail...

So, you're saying that LE would have no way to verify, through photos, that you were where you said you were when you allegedly saw the Hummer due to your transponder being busted? Of course, assuming MP's transponder worked, her location could easily be verified, as mentioned. It might not confirm, though, who was driving the vehicle, unless cameras picked up her up, to corroborate your alleged sighting, and LE would want that additional evidence.

Man, this must have been DS Jr.'s unlucky day. First, his ex disappears after the PC episode aired, then MP apparently doesn't have her phone on her when she's spotted on the tollway, and now this. So many weird coincidences that work against DS (and MP, really).

If their scanning system/cameras are anything like what we have here where I live, if you do not have a toll tag displayed or if it doesn't work for whatever reason, your vehicle tag has a picture taken of it. They then search their data base for that tag number and if you have an active account tied to that tag number, they charge your toll account. That could explain why you never got a warning in the mail.

Thank you as Sparky is looking for this information and we found this article yesterday.

The date and time of the article "Posted: 11:47 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2011" and what is written "WFTV was also there on Friday night when police took items from Smith's home. Investigators will not say if any evidence was taken from the home." makes no sense.

They dated the article on Friday and the time posted Friday AM, yet say they were also there Friday night. Friday night hadn't happen yet since this is an AM article.

I am thinking that WFTV meant to say: "WFTV was there Thursday night".

I sent an email to WFTV asking for clarification of this "confusing" article based on dates, however, they have yet to respond. :crazy:
