I have a question. I thought that I read that DaleJr owns his own business. Is that correct? And if he does, does he have any employees? If so, then they could continue working doing jobs and money would still be coming in for DaleJr.

I'm just trying to understand why he set up the donation thing for him and the twins.

I don't know who the witness is, but I would like to know. I agree that credibility is an issue for any witness. Without knowing who that person is and what it is that they saw, we can't really determine how credible the information is. I lean towards the somewhat credible side of the spectrum, but only because DS II's defense attorney was willing to publicly defend his client to the media using that information. If it was not at least somewhat credible, I don't believe that MN would've said anything at all. So, in this instance I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt to MN, but if the information was communicated to the media by DS II, I would probably view it as less credible.

I don't think that the timeline proves that DS II couldn't have been responsible for Michelle's disappearance. But, I do believe that it limited his options. That said, in my opinion, I think that DS II would've tried to cover up his crime as quickly as possible, which is why I think that he would've opted to hide a body within walking/running distance to his condo and temporarily conceal the Hummer in a large parking lot until it could be moved elsewhere. I wonder if OPD has requested the security tapes for parking lots around that area. Or, if the roadway cameras show the route that the Hummer took when it left his condo.

I saw only one early presser with MN and I don't remember exactly what he said. While attorneys generally will not out right lie for a client, they are obligated to give every client the best possible defense, whether or not they believe him to be guilty. "In order to defend the Constitution" and insure a "vigorous defense," they will fight to suppress evidence, allow LE to make wrong assumptions and urge their client not to cooperate. So in general, I don't accept anything a defense attorney says unless there is supportable evidence.

DS Senior owns Allied Roofing Construction and the address is given in the White Pages as the Rose Blvd residence.

Allied Roofing Consulting has an office on South Orange that is close to where MP's phone was "pinging" after 4:15 on 17November. However, I can't find any connection to DS Senior or Junior.

If he was vocal in the beginning and let say "Michelle's" spokesperson and taken the spotlight... Im wondering if LE would have been SO quick to name him a prime suspect...they may have let it play out a little longer. JMO

For some reason LE named him pretty quick...hope their plan works out...

When LE went to DS2's condo the evening of MP's disappearance, they probably were invited in and took a quick look around. That (or the Hummer--dogs?) gave them enough to get a search warrant. That search probably gave them enough to search DS2's residence.

LE may have named him a POI the night of the 17th based on what they saw that evening and they didn't want him around the family & friends giving false, confusing information or stealing evidence.

I really think that the cops do not want Dale to walk away from this. They can see what a he has been and they can see the holes in his story too. I really hope that can catch a break and give her family some JUSTICE.

I think MP's sister said that LE had 3 more search warrants. If she knows about them and wasn't told to keep mum, they may already have been executed and the news people are all on vacation.

I have noticed that lots of posts are expressing interest in DS2's behavior. I think it's pretty typical.

Dale Jr. works for MASCO, installing cabinetry. Their address is 2900 Titan Row. Attached is a map showing the location in proximity to other pertinent locations.

I wonder if LE has searched the area around his empoyer, MASCO, at 2900 Titan Row. Here are some screen shot of that area. There is a body of water right across street from the building with railroad tracks on the side. Based on what I've seen, Jr. is not very savvy. I could see him doing something with Michelle here, in his comfort zone.

Today we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior. It is a time for joy and celebration. The greatest miracle of all-time: God becoming man! It should be a day for festivities.

Yet with Michelle still missing this Christmas I am reminded that the holiday season can be tough day for many families. For some, Christmas is a time for pain and sadness as they remember their lost loved ones. Some that are missing. Others taken too soon from this life.

We cannot take a day for granted as we do not know how many more we will have. Take each day to tell those important in your life how much they mean to you. Not just with words, but actions! Be the best wife, husband, mother, father, daughter, son, sister, brother, friend, or family member you can. Tell them how much you love them. Never let a day go by without them knowing how much you care.

This Christmas I send out a special prayer for Michelle and her family that a miracle may occur. God watch over them, protect them, provide closure, provide answers and wisdom to know where to look. I also pray for justice and mercy in your time. Though those responsible for this do not deserve mercy you show it anyways. May you move his heart to confess that which he has done. To find peace in you and your ways. To turn from his evil ways and focus on doing the right thing. This I pray in Your Name!

I was thinking of Michelle and her family today, because my little boy is gone with his daddy to another state and it was the first Christmas i've ever spent away from him (he's 5). I realized how lucky I was, because Yvonne doesn't get to have another Christmas with her little girl ever again. And her babies don't get another one with momma. It breaks my heart.

Ok, emotions aside--I am so glad to hear they are still executing search warrants. It's frustrating but probably wise that we aren't privy to where. I just hope it leads to substantial clues.

It will be interesting to see what happens if and when DSjr. ever does go back to work. Didn't I read that there is a decision or something in January regarding his employment? What will his attitude/actions display?

I'm betting whoever did this hopes for it to go into "cold case" territory, but I am really hoping it does not.

S/he may or may not know anything at that point. DS2 takes off the decals, disposes of MP and Hummer--which he leaves within walking distance of Mom & Dad's house.

After Mom or Dad left the condo with the twins, DS2 could have been cleaning up the Hummer & condo. After dark (about 6pm) he would have about 2 hours to leave Michelle, the Hummer and walk to the folks' house. This is only possible if the Hummer fit in the garage.

Does any one know if the Hummer fit in DS2's garage?

A Hummer H3 is only a mid-size SUV, so it would easily fit in any garage if there was empty space for a vehicle. The H3 is much smaller than the H2 and original Hummer.
