Geezlouise...you would think LE would have found that out immediately (from his empolyer) the job he went to that Friday.
Gotten the search warrrants then instead of trying to do it Last Week...

Then again Im not sure if LE can solicit help from anyone who might have seen the prime suspect or his autos...or ask the public to call in Tips regarding Dale...privacy rights etc.

Does anyone know if LE can do that?

If they can ,then your right.... they should have done this long ago.

In NY, I am pretty sure you can get unemployment if you were fired but not if you quit, I could be wrong. However, I do believe that it depends on why you were fired...I am guessing a suspected murderer might not be eligible for unemployment, but with the whole innocent until proven guilty thing I am not sure.

I thought I remember reading that Marines who are dishonorably discharged may not collect unemployment.
Is there anyone who can verify or dispute this?

Oops! Sorry to quote my own quote...but I just realized which neighbor this was. I was thinking of the neighbor at Dale Sr's who said they saw him.

Ok tonight I have used my hubby as a sounding board going over Michelles case....
From a mans point of view....
When I mentioned the Hummer was left with only purse and cd inside and the decal gone...
Two things he couldnt get past....

Was the decal just scratched off so you couldnt tell what it was or was it removed totally.... done with care?

Was the Hummer locked....

I asked why did that matter....

He feels that someone would dump the hummer dirty and scratched and not so clean if a stranger....but someone who wanted it protected would lock it and take care of the hummer and try not to scratch it....Like where it was parked ....instead of being left in a canal or burned...so evidence would dissapear.

then I started to tell him about DS2 wife that died ..saying I think she died while living with DS1....he said let me guess...she OD'd...
He said "If DS1 and DS2 were into drugs...its only likely she would die from drugs since you was suspicious of the death and brought it up...Where do you think she got the drugs..."

I said she was at a party and at someones home...He said doesnt mean she didnt get drugs from the smiths somehow.

This is something I havent thought about...

Snipped. Since he want the Hummer back so bad, my hunch is that he locked it. And probably took care when peeling off the Glow stricker not to sctatch his baby.

Yvonne said Jr. wanted Michelle to return "his" Hummer. Also, watch the PC tape, he tells the judge that Michelle was supposed to pay him back with her tax refund money for the ring but she started the Glow business instead and he was mad about it.

I'll bet that inflamed him. She's driving his Hummer with the Glow sticker on it, PLUS he has to pay child suport, PLUS she has a new BF.

All of the above is normal for a couple with children who have uncoupled, but as Spice noted earlier, abusers don't let their property (their partners) go without a fight.

I think the decal is a USMC sticker. I believe he has the USMC license plate as well. I'll see if I can find the vid/pic of the tag. I tell you, let a REAL Marine who was HONORABLY retired from the USMC come face to face w/ this dishonorably discharged & disgraced excuse of a human being trying to parade around their proud & joy like he's a hero of some sort. I'd pay money to see that. IMO of course and always!

She states 6:30 @ :48. The PRINTED article says 6:00. I'm gonna go with what was SAID and not what was WRITTEN on this one and take it straight from the horses mouth, so to speak.

I would venture to guess this will be the time the 11 yo contacted her.

So, for the 11 yo, it started at 3:30. And who knows exactly what time it started for Michelle... I think 6:30 is just the time it started for Michelle's mom (becomes aware something may be amiss)...

JMO...

Lauren said in one of the videos LE did a drive by and the hummer wasn't there. We have still been unable to confirm if LE searched his condo on the 17th. Per his FB post on the 17th he said LE was there and searched his condo? So...we know per Lauren they at least did a drive by? But we don't know if he was actually contacted on the 17th, unless you want to go by his FB post.

LOL Have I confused you yet?

Happy Birthday Michelle! You should be celebrating this day with your children and others you love but instead, they don't know where you are!! Your family will never give up searching for you. I pray on this day, your day, something is revealed that leads to you.

The good people of Websleuths have been diligently working hard to find something that may lead to Michelle's whereabouts. They have worked with only what they know and what has been searched out. There have been discussions tossed around, hashed and rehashed and we will continue.
