I find it interesting that DSjr has it in the court papers that he is willing to start paying MP child support again if she reappears. It's in the paperwork that was shown on the earlier newscast but nobody has brought that up. He has his twins and should have the money that's going into a bank account that nobody but MP should have access to. Why shouldn't he be able to stop paying it right now when he needs it to take care of his kids? I'm more of a reader and not a big poster but wondered if anyone was ever going to post this. Not here to argue with anyone. Like I said, I just thought it was interesting that nobody bothered to post the other information that was shown. MOO

Well here's the problem I have with all that. DSJr's primary and only focus since MP has been missing has been to take custody of the children, leaving them with his parents. I really don't think he loved them so much that he thought this move would be in their best interests because clearly it was not. And he has his own home, isn't working, but can't be bothered to raise the children himself. His second focus now is to stop the child support payments. At no time was his focus ever to find MP or even question where she might be....you know for the sake of his children who just might want their mother home.

To the best of our knowledge he has not worked since the day after her disappearance so why would he even be focused on this child support stuff right now? He's obviously not collecting a paycheck so nothing is being deducted. What made him all of a sudden think of this 2 months later. Has it always been in the back of his mind that before he goes back to work he needs to take care of that? Who thinks of these things at a time like this? I can understand if he did go back to work and he got a paycheck where money was deducted and he just remembered about it then. But I really don't think he did since this was filed within days of him supposedly, possibly, maybe returning to work.

The more I think about the behaviour of both DSJr and his family in all this I'm really starting to lean towards a premeditated crime with more than just DSJr involved. MP disappearing means that Grandma and Grandpa get to raise her sweet little grandchildren, the only offspring of their one and only son, and DSJr is up $800 a month. And none of them have to deal with MP and her probable distrust and dislike of the whole lot them.

MP just happens to go missing when DSJr has the children. How convenient. Didn't have to go through any trouble to get the children from MP's mother. Already had them safe and sound at his own parent's place. It also just so happens to be on the day of the PC episode airing. The PC episode where she screwed him out of $2500 in his mind I'm sure. I'd really love to know how often DSJr had the children and why the odd time and day this time, if it was an odd time and day? And I'd also like to know whether MP had been giving him a hard time about seeing the children and especially leaving them with his parents. You know...the one's with a grow op in the yard.

There is no crime scene and apparently no evidence that MP is deceased in the form of hits from cadaver dogs. The home of DSSr was raided and nothing found. The home of DSJr doesn't even seem to be an issue in this investigation. Not a trace of MP or any of her clothing or jewellery has been found. Her phone was found with obviously no evidence on it. In a populated area. I can't see someone driving around with a body in the back of their car in a poplulated area.

It's all starting to look like a planned event to me. With decoy movements like the phone, the text, taking a boat out the next day, going to work the next day etc.

Now how many abused women are killed by their partner the Abuser....
Im going to look that number up....OK it's one third....
33.00% Murdered by partner (women only)
00.05% Murdered by carjackers (men and women)

How many of the 27 killed by carjackers had restaining order etc and the stuff Michelle has.

This seems like such a very very slim possibility in comparsions...just using numbers...

then factor in some of Dales questionable actions and then add to that the fact that LE has more iformation on DS2 than we do or know.....:furious:

I think this theory is highly unlikely, personally. These women really are not of the age that are generally kidnapped as sex slaves, nor were they in any sort of a lifestyle or area where this is easily pulled off. There are more than enough young girls and older teens, unfortunately, on the streets, who are in danger of such crimes. JMO

On the child support, if I were the Steward's atty, I'd ask that the support continue to be deducted and given to MP's estate until back support is reimbursed; it is a debt owed to her.

This is not about Money. This is about control and a history of chronic abuse and domestic violence. Actual monetary gain has very little to do with this. Its the same old song and dance with people like DS.

If he can't have her to kick around no one will and he will be damned if he has to lose control and watch her have a relationship with another man.

If LE had one piece of evidence that fit into the sex slave theory, they would never have named DS2 the prime suspect.

I totally disagree that $800/month is not enough to commit murder. People who commit murder do NOT think like normal people; they can use any reason they like to justify the crime.

My friend that went missing, went missing for money. If you ask LE officers you know they will tell you, beyond the statistics, that much of the time they know the spouse/partner did it, but can't prove it; generally, because they can't find the body. When I lost my friend, only 20% of the murders were being solved and a perpetrator convicted. That means almost 80% got away with it. (Now with DNA the stats have changed and are presented differently and so are lower.)

Abusers often blame the victim's family for some of the problem, so their pain at having lost their child and not knowing where s/he is is often justice in the perp's mind.

Murderers do not think like normal people do. IMO, projecting our reasonableness and responsibility and compassion on them may make it easier for us to deny the cruelty of some others, but it doesn't change the fact that many can do horrible things and do NOT feel guilty about it.

Please provide the links to the part of your post that I bolded/pinked. I haven't heard that LE solved Jennifer's disappearance.

Of all the times of the day...and with the few times he's had the twins...that is THE TIME Michelle goes missing.... Not when the twins were in DayCare or with Michelle parents...but when he has them....

I'd have to say all this is a little too convenient... Also...and its all circumstantial but that list is getting pretty long....

Nope but I did look at that early on and it seems most victims were from outside our country and brought here thinking they would have a regular jobs for the summer etc... and it wasnt the kind of job they were thinking...then it talked about drug user trading sex for drugs getting caught up into trading...just not sure from what all I read.... but to me it just didnt fit here...

Michellle is pretty but she was 33 years old and mother of three and not a drug user and didnt fit the profile that I read.... But I really dont know a lot about this kind of stuff....sorry

What if Dale doesn't care about being a suspect..he probably likes the attention in his narcissistic way... his folks have the kids more..he has no worries. Especially if he is arrogant enough to think he can plan a fool proof execution of the crime. I believe he has seen, watched and studied numerous previous cases.. see Susan Powell, see the 3rd wife of Police Officer Peterson. JMO

I seriously doubt this is what happened to Michelle..considering the timing and her age...they are much more interested in teens and 20's..not usually 30 some year old mothers, IMO ^i^

Hopefully LE is looking into what all the Smiths were doing in the days and even weeks leading up to MP's disappearance. Are there any areas where JR and/or SR were seen hanging around? Did TS stock up on any extra "child friendly" groceries. Since JR is the prime suspect, I wonder why they haven't released anything regarding him and his vehicles asking people to call in if they saw him around secluded areas acting suspicious prior to the disappearance. I wonder how many people in the area even know that he drives a red truck or a white van. All they put out there to call in tips about was the Hummer and it was found.
