Yvonne Parker GMA : http://abcnews.go.com/US/michelle-pa...5#.T6cOg1IzKuI

Snipped from article with video:
"If anybody has her and you're holding her hostage, please let her go," Stewart said. "Let her come home so she can raise her babies."

Parker's mother Yvonne Stewart told ABC News that when Michelle returned from taping the show in the summer, she said, "It was the most humiliating experience of my life. I don't even ever want to see it. I wish I had never gone."

Stewart said the appearance on the show was Smith's idea for resolving their dispute. Despite the fights and allegations of cheating, Parker's mother told ABC News that Smith is a great father who cares about her grandchildren and her daughter.

"He is crying every time I talk to him on the phone," Stewart said. "He loves my daughter. They just didn't get along."

When asked if she believes Smith could have anything to do with Parker's disappearance, she said, "We don't know. I don't know."

I wonder if it was the same kind of crying he did with his second wife as he tried to kill her:
http://www.docstoc.com/docs/106513655/Dale-Smith-Legal-Documents

Particularly read her statement about what Dale did to her, how he lied to LE and said she hit him first...

Here is a snippet: "I was sleeping and he came in crying and saying that he hit someone and he's going to kill himself...He...threw me up against the metal railing on our porch where I hit my head on it...He said he was going to kill himself and either going to kill us both b/c he can't live without me" -CSC

Seriously read her full statement and you will see HOW Dale is most likely responsible for Michelle's disappearance... Three women that we know of have tried to leave him. His first wife got away as quick as she could and wanted nothing in return just to get as far away from Dale as possible... The second died IMO under suspicious circumstances after a BRUTAL beating and threatening of her life and the the third one Michelle (who he was engaged to) had her life threatened, was in fear of Dale then mysteriously disappeared.

And?

Sharon Rocha stood by Scott Peterson in the days after Laci disappeared and we see how that turned out.

I agree I don't get the point of those posts. I must be missing something. Just because the victim's family initially didn't want to believe Dale was involved, what does that say about how they feel today? Far too many times we don't want to believe the worst about people despite all the evidence and facts. IMO It's kind of the same way people vote I guess with emotions rather than facts...

So the first reaction from Michelle's mother was that she was car jacked and that Dale was very worried to and would not hurt her.

"Parker's mother told ABC News that Smith is a great father who cares about her grandchildren and her daughter."

Am I to believe that some people on this site know Dale better than Michelle's mom?

Dated 11 days after Michelle went missing:

'Who would want to hurt the mother of their children?' she said. 'I don't see how in any way he would benefit from it.' Ms Stewart told NBC: 'I know in my heart of heart that she's been carjacked.’

IMO I highly doubt YS stands by that statement today. Not sure of the point but ok.

Possibly, you never know...

These are new to me so not sure these have been posted here. Must say I'm more than a little shocked. Would anyone on this site hug the man that killed their daughter?

"Yvonne Stewart gave the snuggle heard ’round the world Wednesday when she hugged her almost-son-in-law Dale Smith outside a Florida courtroom. Why all the fuss? They hugged it out just one day after the police named Smith the prime suspect in the disappearance of Stewart’s daughter, Michelle Parker."

YES! If I were concerned about my grandkids, wanted him to tell us what happened to our daughter, and didn't want to believe he was involved...ABSOLUTELY 100%, especially if I cared about him which YS seems to...Some women are strong, beyond forgiving, and try to see the good in everyone and everything.

If I recall correctly, YS said later that the reason she hugged him was because he was going to have custody of the twins and she did not want to jeopardize her rights to see her grandchildren, so she decided to be kind to Dale. Something to that effect. Sorry I don't have a link to it, just going from memory.

Funny how YS's first gut reaction to Michelle being missing is that she was car jacked and not anything that had to do with Dale. You would think with what has been said about Dale she would immediately think DALE DID IT!!!!!

Oh I am sure they were crocodile tears. If he was so upset he would have been out looking for her.
He seems a lot like Drew Peterson to me. Drew thought he was "free" after getting by with the first wife's murder...but like Dale, he is so arrogant and thought he was above the law, that he offended again.

Wasn't Dale's second wife in the process of leaving him when he beat her so bad he almost killed her? Try to leave him and he tries to kill or make them disappear?

Great point USCgirl! Great minds think alike! I was reading through his first wife Amanda's divorce papers and wondering how she was able to do what no other woman I know was able to accomplish... Leave Dale and live to tell about it JMO but hope all ladies considering dating Jr find his history on the web before the 1st date...

In reading the divorce papers from the first wife, she wanted out in a bad way. No marital property, no support and wanted her name changed back to her maiden name. I'd love to hear her story. How did she escape?

Thank you for finding that link to the actual court documents on some of DSJr's past charges Jazzmaster. Quite an alarming read.

It's interesting to me that none of the women who where either married to him or had a serious relationship with him, who are not either dead or missing, have had anything to say publicly in his defense.

And I see that I was mistaken about the chair over the head incident. It was not at a bar but at a private party that he and some friends crashed.

I also didn't realize that he had assaulted someone in a bar before coming home and assaulting his wife. I guess that's just one of the examples of violent incidents that he was involved in where no one pressed charges.

MOO

Why on Earth would Michelle have kids and almost marry a guy who almost beat his ex wife to death? Maybe there is not truth to it at all.

You can just read the link that Jazz provided in the link I responded to, so I don't have to read it to you.

Don't see any mention of an almost death from a beating?

IMO, maybe she was charmed by Dale the way you seem to be.

So your opinion is the second wife was a liar? If you read the 30 page court document you can see what Dale did to her in her own words. We have no PROOF Michelle or any of her family knew about Dale's violent, troubled past before Michelle went missing do we?

uscgirl said he almost killed her from a beating. All I am asking is show me the proof. Instead she makes smart remarks to me about being charmed by Dale. I guess just another rumor and exaggeration.
