Woo Hoo that means OPD is doing their job. They just got a new police chief a couple of mos ago.

This area is unincorporated Orange County I think...so would this be under Orange CountySheriff and not OPD. (I noticed in the real estate listing it had Unincorp.)

That area is Orange County. I grew up there. I'm not sure why OPD is investigating this and if they did the raid tonight.

I thought that the Hummer actually belonged to Dale. I recall Michelle's mother saying in an earlier video that Dale wanted the truck back.

Does anyone remember hearing that from Michelle's mother?

I will look for the link, but not at this moment ... too tired!

Wasn't there something about him wanting his name off the Hummer?

The cross that Michelle is wearing does not look like the cross associated with Scientology. If everyone that is associated with Scientology wears the specific cross with the "pointed ends", Michelle's does not look like that. IMO.

I agree.

We had at least one case here this year, Summer Inman, murdered by her in-laws...and I can think of at least two others...so it is not unheard of, unfortunately...so little is, these days.

I wasn't saying it's unheard of just that it's sickening. How anyone would choose to cover up a murder that another committed goes beyond the evil of the murderer themselves.

Let's just hope this isn't the situation with MP.

I recall the mother saying: "he wanted the truck back", but then if he co-signed for the truck, then perhaps he wanted his name off it too!

Early on info came out in such odd ways.

As I've been reading, I just wanted to clarify a few things...

1) Jennifer Kesse was abducted on Tuesday, January 24th, 2006.

2) There is a law in Florida called "Jennifer Kesse and Tiffany Sessions Missing Persons Act" - it basically requires police to take a missing persons report if an adult 26 or older goes missing under suspicious circumstances. http://archive.flsenate.gov/data/session/2008/Senate/bills/billtext/pdf/s0502er.pdf

Then curiousity got me...

If you take where MP's car was found (Walden Palms in Orlando), where JK lived (Mosaic at Millenia), where JK's car was found (Huntington on the Green- Texas & Americana), and where the raid was tonight (Texas and Rose) is 3.5 miles... I find that interesting...

What's even more interesting if that if you go from DS House (Lee Vista & S Goldenrod) to Jesse's Black Saloon (Oak Ridge) to Texas and Rose to Huntington on the Green to Mosaic at Millenia and then to Walden Palms is exactly 12 miles without getting on the highway...

I happen to agree w/ you. Even though my gut is telling me DS could be a possibility, something else is eating at me about the vehicles being left, valuables, etc. I just keep thinking there is a connection between these girls & the club scene. The ages of them too. I don't know.

The cell phone activity is telling a bunch. JMO, something happened at his condo or very shortly afterwards---when someone else had control over the HMR & MP. I stated in the beginning the decals were removed to give whoever enough time to dump the HMR because they knew all hello was breaking loose from the amount of calls and texts she was rec'g from people looking for her. The son's concern to gma.. gma I'm sure tried to call her.... brother texting...bf texting....sister?, etc. Would they quickly dispose of MP, hide the car in a location to remove the decal or drive out of the Orlando area to do so.....then drive back after the decals were removed later after undercover of dark? No carjacking...he/she/they didn't want the HMR, just MP imo, for some reason. Unless I've missed the info of a robbery taking place, but her purse along with her wallet was found...right?

DS sr "knows". It's not adding up for me that the twins were dropped off at his condo, yet his dad stated DS jr was "there" the whole time MP had been missing. Since DS sr was at his house at the time he made that statement, I'm "assuming" the "there" was his house. Did DS jr leave for DS sr's as soon as MP left? Was DS sr there and they all left after MP left....or is there a possibility, for some strange reason, jr wasn't there, and she drove over to sr's....or he ask her for a ride for some odd reason. Pick up his car, etc.?? Is it known for fact that the children were dropped off there and do we know if LE or special officers have talked to the twins?

I haven't reviewed the video thoroughly, but did the white van stand out for anyone else? TIA

Color me clueless, but if my sister was missing now, I wouldn't be planning a truck pull fund raiser for December 10th. I don't know why that sets weird with me. This is such an odd case in so many ways.

I have to admit that when I got gas today, I locked the passenger door while pumping. Orlando definitely has it's share of scary people...

I hope that you lock ALL doors when getting gas, keep car/house keys with you at night when you sleep (learned that the hard way). If you have a key fob alarm tell your neighbors that that is the sign of something wrong if they hear the alarm sounding off in the middle of the night. Please, always have a plan.

Good morning, busy night, still praying for a postitive outcome. I always thought DS's father didn't act right when interviewed by the news, just something off. My dad would have been out there giving thoughts and prayer, probably advice (?).

SWAT team raids home in search for Michelle Parker

Neighbors say SWAT teams tear-gassed a home, where Parker's ex-boyfriend lives, and went inside. The home is on Rose Boulevard, off of South Texas Avenue. That's just east of John Young Parkway.

Police only said they are searching for "a piece of the puzzle" on where they might find her.

Orlando police said no one was arrested in the raid, however neighbors claim everyone was taken out of the home and someone was put into a patrol car.

From the same link posted above

Parker's family spent Thanksgiving searching for her. Her father shared a voicemail she left him the day before she disappeared. He says it's all he has right now.

"Hey Dad, It's about 8:40 just giving you a shout on Wednesday morning. I know you are at work. Call me when you have lunch or a break or at the end of your day. Ok? I love you. I'll talk to you soon bye."

Family of missing Michelle Parker offers $50,000 reward for this weekend only

It's a $50,000 offer good for one weekend only. Friends and family members of Michelle Parker, missing from her Orlando, Florida, home since November 17, say they hope the massive reward will convince anyone with information to come forward.
'She's worth millions of dollars to me and my family, but I think $50,000 is an awesome amount,' announced Ms Parker's mother, Yvonne Stewart, as she choked back tears.

Catching up on this thread. I can't believe they had a SWAT team go to serve a search warrant. And, with the twins in the house? Wow, just wow!

That would be just awful... What kind of father would assist in covering up the death of his grandchildren's mother? Sickening just Sickening.

Let's hope this isn't ever the case...

BBM:

This reminds of Josh and Steve Powell ... :waitasec: has LE checked "father" and "son's" computers for **** ? Ya never know ...

:waitasec: Also ... it reminds me of "another family" right there in Orlando ... a "father" and enabling "mother" who did NOT have the GUTS to stand up to their daughter for the murder of their granddaughter !

MOO MOO and MOO !

According to Orange County property records, the home is registered to a "Dale Smith Senior." That's the name of Michelle Parker's ex-fiance's father. Parker's family said Dale Smith Jr. lives in the home.

BBM Makes no sense since Dale, Jr., has his own condo.

http://www.cfnews13.com/article/new...team-raids-home-in-search-for-Michelle-Parker

In the very short clip with the reporter knocking on the door of Dale, Sr's home, I hear the "twins" weren't in the home at the time of the search.

http://www.onenewspage.us/video/20111127/697215/New-Developments-in-Michelle-Parker-Case.htm

I would think if the twins were in the home, this would have been in the news article. Perhaps more will come out today, and hopefully a better news article.

Maybe I'm reading too much into her voice mail left for her dad but do any of you mention the day when leaving a voice mail for someone close to you?

I don't. Just curious if others do.
