So this is the first time that I have ever heard that this was not the normal time for Michelle to drop off the kids although I gotta admit I wondered because I heard that Dale worked but some people get off work early on Fri.

If Michelle was dropping off the kids early then who's idea was it. Would Dale request them early and if he did would Michelle go out of her way to do Dale a favor especially on the day of the airing of People's Court? If Michelle did what was her reason and did her family know? If so Michelle most likely had something to do and that something we may never know what it was.

Forgive my ignorance. I have not followed this case very closely for a very long time. But I have a few questions about something that I've never really understood. Here goes...

Michelle's vehicle was found with decals removed in a parking lot at an apartment complex. Why were the decals removed and why was it left in that lot instead of in another location? The choice of that lot has to mean something. Either the vehicle was taken by someone with ties to that apartment complex or the person who left it chose that lot for a reason.

No one knows why the decals were removed, but most think I would say so the vehicle did not draw any attention while the "perp" was doing the dirty deed. I also think that the location may mean something. I think it may be possible that Michelle knew someone there and never had a chance to get back in her vehicle.

Oriah, I'm wondering if you could please enlighten me/us about something... Michelle picked up food & 1 drink at KFC at 12:22 on the day she disappeared. KFC is the greasiest & fattiest fast food around. Literally. Considering the bad fatty acids from that KFC chicken (if that's what she had) would be in her stomach when she disappeared, if she's deceased then could those bad fats help her body to decompose? I'm thinking that if she were thrown into a swamp, then the food she ate paired with the biological makeup of the water in the swamp (or swampy lake) could help to speed up decomp even if temps were 70-75. Do you happen to know?

Ironically, I happen to love KFC, but I have to bust my rump exercising after I eat their food.

Thinking outside the box, I watched the videos again from Michelle's & Dale's PC episode. When they were going back & forth about each other's indiscretions, Dale happened to have mentioned the name "Paul". I wonder how "Paul" felt about his name being mentioned on national tv...

Also, from that PC show, Michelle informed Dale shared revealing pictures of himself on the net/CL. How did she find out? Did she catch him? Did she search the computer's history or hard drive? Was it done on a cell instead of a computer?

Michelle's mom said the kids have their own room at her place in an interview.

Michelle said Dale packed up her stuff & dropped it all off at her mom's 2 bedroom house. She said this in the PC episode.

Well, did Michelle's mom move to a bigger home or something bc the math doesn't add up with the bedrooms. There's her mother & stepdad, the twins, her older son, and Michelle that we know of that lived under the same roof.

I'm thinking Yvonne had to have gotten another place that's bigger... Maybe?

Nathan has said they were supposed to meet for dinner before she went into work. It was reported that Michelle said she wanted to grab a quick nap before she went into work, after she dropped her kids off with Dale. Well considering she ate KFC PLUS had a Keratin treatment by her sister earlier that day, I'm thinking she'd definitely need a shower before going into work.

So, again the math is off. Dale's around 3:00. Work at 6:00. Nap...when would she have time since she's supposed to be meeting Nathan for dinner? Plus it's at least a 1/2 hour drive from Dale's to Sanford around that time.

Is Nathan the only guy Michelle dated since the last breakup with Dale? What are her habits? It's been said that Michelle met Dale in a bar. Where did she meet NM? Who, besides Dale, NM, and Nichelle's family would know her habits? What are her nights to work? If it the same every week or does it fluctuate according to seasonal crowd patterns?

I think that the dinner with NM was bad reporting. They had planned to have dinner together the following night, not the night that she disappeared. The media wasn't very clear about the details of Michelle's schedule in the beginning.

I believe that Michelle met NM at the bar where she worked. If I remember correctly, they were introduced to one another by mutual friends.

One of the things that has always bothered me about the reporting is that there was never any details given about Michelle's regular schedule. The other thing that has never been confirmed is that DS II was actually home when Michelle arrived. I know that he allegedly told Michelle's family that she dropped the twins off around 4pm, but I have never heard anyone state that he was there when Michelle arrived at 3:18pm. I don't know why that bugs me, but it does.

Also I think some are try to make the evidece fit their theory; you have to make the theory fit with the evidence. I don't think a jury of 12 will all agree to just throw out the witness see Dale at 4:30 or around that time. He may have evidence on video himself getting there at 4:30 too. Don't forget traffic lights have camera's too.

So back to the 4:26 cell phone ping; who is driving the hummer with the cell? Who is texting back to her brother? Who would know how to text and to reply "Waterford". I am not thinking it is Sr. It's not Dale that is way to far away to fit his reported witness. I have squeezed that timeline and all the things he has to do in order to get out of that condo with 2 kids, and leaving the hummer behind for someone else to deal with it. And he is out of there around 4:05 and that would fit his statement.

I think Michelle made the text. I think she left that condo complex, exits around back and out the other side without the camera. I think at some point she meets up with someone and maybe she is with them and she doesn't want NM to know or doesn't want to give her location because she doesn't want to deal with her brother, something down that line. She is on Hoffner. Why? Is that the route someone would take if leaving Dale's and heading to that Mall area? What is in or around that ping?

Okay, it is 3:45 the body is in the truck, I now have to pull truck out, park it, I need to get Michelle's keys from up stairs because she came in with the kids, she leaves her phone and purse in hummer, parked outside. So I grab keys, pull hummer inside of garage and now I have to get decals off of hummer. I guess the kids are still good at this point? What time is it now?
4:00? I still got to get kids in car and dad is on his way over? But I have the body in the truck and the clock is ticking, and evidence is now being left in that truck as I drive to my dad's. Oh, do I have to wipe down anything on the hummer? I know I have to leave the keys for dad so when he arrives he can get into the condo garage and get the hummer out. I know he has to wipe down anything he touched because his prints don't belong in that hummer. He has the purse and phone and I have the kids and body. Dads truck in left at condo and he takes off at 4:15 he is pinging at McCoy at 4:15. No that can't be right. I need to check that map again. How long does it take to drive to where the pings are from the condo and what time does he have to be at the condo to help out????

I think that the twins are more than likely loaded into the car seats in the truck and secured there or watching a DVD/ TV show at this point. Perhaps that was a routine for them. Not really sure about how all of this happened without the twins seeing something. But, I am ignoring that for the moment.

I don't think that the decals were removed at the condo. In one of the interviews, Michelle's sister stated that law enforcement knew exactly when the Hummer left the complex, which lends some weight to the possibility of video cameras at the gate. If the Hummer had left without the decals, it is pretty much game over. So, I think that the Hummer exited the condo complex with the decals intact.

Do you remember if it was stated that DS II left at the same time as Michelle or if he left ten minutes after Michelle? I wrote a note that it was about ten minutes after she allegedly left, but I don't know where I got that from. I really need to get better at capturing the source of information in my notes.

I don't think that the 4:26pm cell phone ping is accurate. I think that the ping exists in that location, but I don't think that the time listed on our map is accurate. I am concerned that we listed that time for that ping because it lined up with the "waterford" text and not because it actually occurred at that time. The video that discussed that ping specifically says "later in the evening" To me, that is after 5pm.

Wasn't it reported he was at home watching the PC episode and having FB conversations with friends while the show was airing (2-3pm)? I would love to see Dale's timeline for day...If this was a planned disappearance I'm sure he had a lot to prepare. But he and Sr had been following missing persons cases months before Michelle went missing so maybe they had everything all set? JMO

Thanks for this. I didn't know that was verified bc it was still being stated she had to be to work at 6:00. Also, is it definite that the dinner with NM was supposed to be the following day bc I've seen it reported both ways but I thought he was quoted as saying it was supposed to happen that night?

I always have to take breaks from this thread bc it gets so heated.

Respectfully snipped. I have trained off and on in martial arts most of my life so I have some knowledge about this. The best way to incapacitate someone would be to put them in what is called a rear naked choke. You can google. it. It's take seconds to render unconscious and holding the choke a bit longer will kill you or put you in a coma. You are applying pressure on the carotid artery so in effect cutting off oxygen to the brain. This choke has to be just right to do this and IMO would still leave time for Michelle to put a few scratches on Dale. So even though that choke when applied correctly will work in seconds it can and usually does take some time to set it up correctly.

When going through the forensics and medical articles that I researched, the one thing that stood out was that head injuries rarely cause instant death, unless they are in conjunction with another severe injury or are the result of a catastrophic fall or car accident where the force involved is immense. However, spinal and neck injuries could account for a death that occurs in seconds.

Since you have a martial arts background, what is your opinion on an unintentional hit or kick that would cause that type of injury? I am curious about the force needed and if it could occur if someone was in the fetal position on the floor.

I still don't see that the perp would most definitely be Dale but anything's possible I guess. I know how ya feel but that's jmvho. The math just doesn't add up...at least not yet.
