So if we know of NO changes then Dale is in the wrong IMO breaking his promises. JMO but his word doesn't mean much considering he won't tell the TRUTH about what happened to Michelle and stopped cooperating in the investigation...

I don't know Dale is in the wrong here, no facts to point to either way. I think they should resolve this issue for the kids sake, besides, what all of this has to do with finding what happened to Michelle escapes me other then "Dale is bad, bad bad bad, bad"

Can you provide an example where one proves a negative?

I could give you several examples, but with all due respect, you could also google it yourself. I don't want to derail the thread by getting way off topic.

Yes I agree, we could have a debate on this topic and I would love it, but it is off topic.

She worries about what Smith may be telling the children about her family. They had been raised by their mother and her family since they were two weeks old, Stewart said.

Wow it sounds like Dale is trying to "poison" his children. I doubt YS would make that stuff up and must have a valid reason for saying that. IIRC didn't Josh Powell also try to isolate his children from Susan's parents before his dad got caught with child 🤬🤬🤬🤬? Sr gets caught with drugs. Lots of similarities in these two cases probably because Sr was doing the "research"on the Powell case and filling Jr in. JMO Let's just pray this one doesn't have the same TRAGIC outcome!

LOL yesterday I got to hear about how my wife calculated the max value of the radius of the universe and how it's equal to the event horizon radius for the amount of mass in the universe. So we are all living in a black hole. LOL Makes me appreciate my fries that much more.

How did you get from what YS said to stating you think Dale is poisoning his children!!

If the children have only visited their grandparents 3 times in 6 months IMO Dale is clearly in the wrong. That is NOT liberal visitation even by the most "liberal" of definitions. I can see no valid excuse for not holding his end of the bargain UNLESS Michelle's parents breeched the contract of which we have no evidence of that taking place...THUS IMO he will remain in the wrong until he does what is right and let's the twinners see BP and YS more often.

Regarding Dale's involvement, the formula is pretty simple:
(all JMO).

1. Dale made Michelle disappear
2. Dale knows where he put her
3. Focus on the person who MADE her disappear and KNOWS where she is -Dale
4. This leads you to where he put Michelle.

It really is simple like that!

Did you look at the links I just provided, at your request? :p

If so, you will see that Michelle's family has been trying very hard to resolve this visitation issue, for the kids sake.

As for the complaints that people keep saying that dale is 'bad'....it goes to the character of the prime suspect. What people are saying is not irrelevant, imo. People are discussing prior bad acts and his criminal history and his DV history. How would that not be of importance in determining what happened to Michelle?

No I would keep my kids thanks and so should Dale.

I guess we agree to disagree but then again it seems you think he is innocent and I believe he is guilty. Hypothetically...If you thought he were guilty should he still keep the kids?

Here are links and descriptions of the visitation issues. Below you will see reports describing the situation. Apparently, the twins lived with their mother and grandmother since they were born. And they spent very little time with Dale. The first twelve days after their mommy went missing, they were kept completely away from their brother and grandmother.

Michelle's family publicly stated it was a carjacking, but still Dale kept the kids away from them. On the 12th day, her family tried to force Dale to allow for visitation. Yvonne was able to see them for one day. They still had not been told anything at all about their mom being missing. So she agreed to keep it form them, as Dale asked her to do.

The courts ruled against Michelle's family, and they were returned to Dale. But the attorney for the Parkers said that a liberal visitation agreement had been worked out and the family was thrilled. But in reality, Dale did not follow through on the agreement, and the family was not allowed to see the kids for months. I think they have seen them 3 times in the past 6 months. Short visits.

After the ruling Stewart hugged Smith and whispered in his ear.

"I told him that I want to see my grandchildren," Stewart said with tears in her eyes. "It's going to be OK."

Stewart and her family spent Tuesday evening with her grandchildren for the first time since Parker vanished on Nov. 17 after dropping the twins off with Smith.

“In this country, grandparents have no rights," Stewart said. "Even though I've raised them for three years, and this is what they know. They want to be with their brother, he doesn't understand any of this and I'm like 'you have to do what they say right now' and it's tough.”

Stewart got to spend time a little bit of time with the twins before she had to turn them back over to Smith.

For now, she hopes they are in good hands with their dad, as she returns her focus to finding her daughter.

“I feel sorry for Michelle,” Stewart said. “I feel sorry for her. Don't feel sorry for me.”

The children have lived with Stewart and her family on-and-off for most of their lives and have bedrooms at her home. They wanted French fries and chocolate milk, so the family took them to McDonald's.

Once home, the twins played with their new Chihuahua puppy their mother bought for them recently and then got ready for bed.

The next day they were returned to their father, whom they are not accustomed to spending so much time with, Stewart said.

"It was heart wrenching because they were happy to be with us. I really know Michelle would want them to be with us," Stewart said. "I think we are going to work out some amicable grandma visit time."

The family of Michelle Parker and Michelle's ex-fiancé Dale Smith II have reached an agreement allowing the family to see the couple's twins. For the first time since a judge ruled the children should remain with Smith, Lauren Erickson, Parker's younger sister spent Sunday with the twins.

The Parker family attorney said both sides have reached a "very liberal visitation plan" but wouldn't go into specifics. Lauren said whenever their mother Michelle comes up they change the subject, knowing Parker's disappearance isn't something 3-year-olds can and should have to understand.
"It's ‘mommy is at work’ or ‘mommy's on vacation’ when they do ask and ‘she'll be home soon, she's just not here right now,’" Erickson said.

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news...arker-search-obt-lake-20120201,0,500957.story

Parker's family arrived at the search site this morning and was briefed by law enforcement.

"We have been waiting for clues and tips to see if we can find her," Parker's mother, Yvonne Stewart, said. "It's a double-edge sword. But if she is here, I hope we find her."

Recent weeks have been increasingly harder for the family, Stewart said. She has not been allowed to see her 3-year-old twin grandchildren for the past three weeks, despite having a visitation arrangement.

The children have been living with their father since their mother disappeared.

Stewart said when she last saw the children they appeared to be healthy.

She worries about what Smith may be telling the children about her family. They had been raised by their mother and her family since they were two weeks old, Stewart said.

All of these are first or second hand accounts of what the kids' extended family is saying on this matter. If the grandparents have concerns, if they believe things could be done to better meet the kids best interests then I would suggest they stop talking to the Media and talk to Dale. If that is not possible for this or that reason, then they should try to get relief from the courts.

Speaking of black holes, well sink holes in FL, does anyone know if there was any MSM articles about them in the area of the Mall or between Dales and the mall? We have had some really big ones here in Hernando, but there are some that are small, and go unnoticed if not near a home or some populated area. If one opens up on a vacant lot, or in a wooded area, it could go unseen for years. Or not repaired even if they know it is there, but that is dangerous.

For those that don't know what they are, we have small ravines that run under the sandy ground. When the ground is wet or saturated with rain, if there has been a long period without rain, there is no water in the underground ravine and it caves in and opens up a sometimes very large hole in the ground. We have had whole house that just went into them. One of our main roads here, opened up and it was a mess for weeks. I still hate driving over it.

I guess we agree to disagree but then again it seems you think he is innocent and I believe he is guilty. Hypothetically...If you thought he were guilty should he still keep the kids?

I don't know how many parents would give up their kids, not many I suppose, and I don't understand the relevance of this here, why would any parent give up the kids they love and can take care of? That goes diametrically opposed to one of the most powerful human instinct you can think of: the need to take care and love your own children.

And I don't know how many times I have said I have no idea whether Dale is innocent or guilty based of whatever little facts are known at this time, and to answer your final question, if Dale was found guilty of the murder of Michelle I don't think it would be a question whether or not it should keep the kids don't you think? IMO

Do think a person's children should be taken from them and/or their parental rights should be nullified or reduced when they haven't been convicted of anything, much less charged, just because some members of the public think he or she may have committed a crime?

I hope and pray that what I or anyone else here thinks of Dale has zero effect on whether he gets to keep his kids. I hope that even if I were absolutely, 100% convinced of his guilt that it would have no effect on his parental rights.

Holy chit that was smooth. After the Casey Anthony debacle, I didn't think I'd see it so soon...

Tactic, fishing. Enough said.

The relevance here is Dale is most likely responsible for the death of Michelle. I hold hope that she is still alive...but the odds are not in our favor:( With that being said I believe Dale will eventually be tried for the crime and ultimately be either sentence to death (premeditated which I strong lean toward him planning this in advance) or will face the rest of his life in jail.

He has the opportunity to do something good for probably the first time in his adult life...give those kids a fighting chance of having the life Dale was never able to carry out because of his problems with alcohol, drugs, abusing women, and going to jail. You see where I am going with this...He could give them a fresh start! That to me would be the noble and right thing to do. If he truly loves them he could still visit them but give them a fighting chance...

I am a strong believer in parent's rights but I do believe when they become the SOLE suspect in a murder or disappearance crime they should have reduced rights. Especially when they have a history of repeated violence and child abuse like Dale Smith JMO. We could go over a LONG list of reasons why (Josh Powell) is the first one that comes to mind...Just saying!

Off to research Dale's history of repeated child abuse. I'm sure it's documented somewhere here in the links that this verifiably occurred, and that you aren't just repeating gossip, hearsay and one-sided allegations such as might appear in a request for a PPO, right?
