NO< that is NOT TRUE. He called at 3:30 to say that his mom was not home yet.

And then an hour later, her brother texted and asked where she was. She replied Waterford. So I assume at that point they figured she was doing an errand, or something.

They realized she was late, running behind schedule, but were probably not truly upset until she missed going to work.

This time line from MSM says 6:30

Whats not true? I'm not disagreeing with you bout the 3:30 call.

It seemed as though people were trying to imply that she was going on a secret tanning appointment that afternoon, and that is what she was picking up at the salon.

If that were the case, it would show up on her cell records. But too bad for Dale that there is no such call from a new client that day.

I apologize if you think that I was crossing the line there. I was just looking for something that would place her at a different location after Dale's. Obviously if her equipment was missing or not where it normally would be it would be something to look into.

Definitely not implying that she was on a secret rendezvous with a male client somewhere... I can see why you might be sensitive to that with the Buck F... incident. I was just picturing that if a woman called up and said that she and her friend were visiting from out of town and saw her H3 then she may be inclined to make that appointment. I'm a guy and I wouldn't tell my mother some of the streets I have walked down for some of my civic work just because I wouldn't want to get into any lecturing on the subject.

Yes, you said that ruled out any accomplices. And I am saying, no, not really. He could have had accomplices, to help him cover his tracks, and still be the only murder suspect.

Yes but I wasn't asking what your opinion was. I was asking anyone about what LE had stated. Thanks though.

The examiner is msm?

Anyway, that 3:30 phone call is in many timelines.

And her sister spoke about the matter, and said Michelle always checked in with him because he walked home alone. So the question is not what time did he call her, the real question is, what time did Michelle call her 11 yr old?

Oh wait, she didn't call him.

eta:
from your timeline:
4:26 p.m.: Michelle’s brother, Dustin Erickson, sent Michelle a text asking where she was (presumably since her 11-year-old son said she wasn't home.)

So how would he know the son said she wasnt home, unless he had indeed called the salon.

Anyone get any more leads on the one armed bar patron who stalks women who drive mobile tanning Hummers? LOL

In all seriousness I still haven't seen a plausible scenario that doesn't implicate Dale...all roads still lead back to Dale. Where is she Dale? Where did you hide Michelle? We will find answers...you will not get away with murder!

DSJr is the prime and only suspect AT THE MOMENT. I'm sure there is a couple of POI's too but LE do not have to and will likely never announce if they do have some POI's and they certainly will not announce who else they are looking at.

MOO

I still havent seen anyone prove he's guilty either.

Well IMO I think part of Dale's motive lies in his Buck Fuddy attacks on Michelle. He had to use a fake FB account to belittle Michelle after she went missing when he was the one finding dates...aka friends with benefits on Craig's List. Maybe he thought she really was using the GLOW business for other purposes or he could have been trying to deflect guilt away from himself...either way we have no evidence Michelle left his condo under her own free will and no evidence that her Hummer was ever seen with the GLOW decals after arriving at Dales. Can y'all say guilty? JMO

Yes but I wasn't asking what your opinion was. I was asking anyone about what LE had stated. Thanks though.

And I was answering your question. LE has stated that he is the only suspect IN THE ABDUCTION. But that does not make your assumption correct, that it shoots a hole in the accomplice theory. Just sayin...

The cops have scoured her cell records and they found nothing to indicate she had any calls about Glow that afternoon. I can see why you were looking at it, but I think it has already been investigated thoroughly, and still Dale has been named the sole suspect.

If LE stated that dale is the only suspect then there is no one else they think is involved. So if anyone else here thinks someone else is involved the it's just an opinion. LE has stated otherwise.

DUH. He has not even been arrested, let alone had a trial.

LE raided Dale Seniors home with a SWAT team. I think they have some suspicions.

There is a disconnect here.

A) Her brother sent the text out to Michelle, her mom, and her sister, and was a asking where they were because he needed a ride (and basically wanted to know who was the closest). Is that not correct?
B) I have to go back on things a bit, but I wasn't positive that the son called anyone at 3:30pm. Just that he came home at that time.

Honestly just trying to work through this, and I have read through a ton of threads.

Now 1 of 2 scenarios played out:

1. The Glow decals were stripped at Dale's that way no one could identify the vehicle (MOO MOST LIKELY)

2. The decals were left on and stripped elsewhere. Here we MOST LIKELY would have evidence of possible sightings. LE would probably have issued videos or requested help from the public asking if anyone remembered seeing this vehicle after 3;30pm....

Given this scenario I would suspect someone would have driven behind the vehicle at SOME point and remembered seeing the decals/vehicle. It's a VERY noticeable Hummer to begin with AND if it had a big GLOW decal on it...

Basic common sense tells me this vehicle was stripped by Dale or an accomplice at or near his condo and LE have evidence that the vehicle NEVER left the complex with the GLOW decals attached...

Thanks, so I guess this shoots the theory that Dale had an accomplise in the foot.

Not necessarily. I rarely take what LE says about who is or is not a suspect as gospel. I just think that they do not believe in any scenario that does not involve Dale Jr.

I have seen several timelines in which he reportedly called the salon at 3:30.

[ here is just one.]

But I don't think that is the real issue. I think the main question is, what time did Michelle call him? Her sister said they always kept in close contact once school was out, because he walked home alone. He was only 11, and was in a new neighborhood.

So I know that Michelle would have called or texted to check on him after school. It was reported that she always did so.

The only reason it is important is to show that she was not driving around on her own power after 4:30, as dale claims. And in my opinion, she would have been texting or calling her boyfriend and her son. Especially if she was going to go shopping, instead of going home, which is what she had told her family she was going to do.

Well they must have a STRONG reason...I mean they have had at least 4 dozen or so professionals look at the evidence and we have no other suspects or POI that have been named. MM continues to say that Dale is their only focus. JMO

If there were other possibilities that were plausible we could go there but every thing we know points to Dale's involvement even IMO his FB activity...IMO he deleted a lot to make it look better but there's still a record of that even screenshots. Same with Dale Srs case "research" prior to Michelle going missing...

I can totally see this. The guilty spouse is usually the more suspicious and paranoid of the two.

Do you have a link to the Buck F thing? I wanted to look into that a bit more. Would be one of the few times you would hear Dale "speak", and it might be insightful.
