Wow! Thanks for reminding me about that video Pias. Dale looks like such a dork/nerd in that video. I imagine that is more of who he is then he would probably care to admit...lol. I sure had a good laugh!
Isn't this Star Trek stuff so 80's?

Personally I think he dresses and acts like he is in the 80s...he seems to be from another planet...JMO. However he does seem to get fixated and obsessed with things (Star wars and lovers). Everything is fine until you piss him off then you end up missing or dead... Have you noticed that?
DS has obviously outfitted himself for a video role as a stereotypical nerd.
Like Urckel [sp?] waistline pulled high and tape on the glasses
Surely I am misunderstanding that anyone thinks he would actually present himself that way seriously?!
Especially after all the posts proclaiming his narcissism?
all imo
Jazz, Star Trek and murder are unrelated (unless you can find a factual connection) and you know that, if anything it makes him goofy but certainly not threatening, insofar that you make him out to be responsible for the sun coming up in the morning :gavel: it sorta kills (no pun intended) any serious attempt to portray him in a more sinister light.![]()
The phone was tossed early on in the abduction, I don't think there is much doubt about that IMO, Sr & rest of family are not even POIs.
My God ... I was thinking the same thing :what:
The connection would be the crossover between fantasy and reality. When one becomes obsessed with death, destruction, and mayhem like Dale there is no telling how far his deviant thoughts will carry him. We know he has been involved in drugs, murders, and violent crimes. So where does he draw the line?
He clearly had two strikes against him. A small physical altercation where one threatens to call LE could be enough to force him to revert to murder...one who does not value life or values his life more than others is willing to weigh the cost and benefits and decide to murder in order to avoid the consequences. I see Dale follow this pattern for the past two decades and I believe it could have been how Michelle's disappearance was carried out. Though I still lean heavily toward premediated murder I am not 100 percent there yet so I still leave open the possibility that a fight got out of hand....ALL JMO
What are your thoughts on Dale's "Buck Fuddy" fake FB account? Were you able to cross reference his po box and other correspondence? What did you find in the trail? Back to Craig's list? Other illicit activities? Technology is simply amazing and I love how you can crawl through data one thinks was deleted... Going back decades beyond normal searches...Absolutely powerful! Just because you hit delete doesn't mean it's gone lol
Jazz, IMO he doesn't make any sense to premeditate a murder on a busy late afternoon when so many people are on and about, when your intended victim is dropping off your very own kids at you own place thus making you the last known person to have seen the victim, where your own kids would be an integral part of the crime scene ... not to mention that apparently there isn't one scintilla of evidence to support that theory ... I mean ... not even one solitary piece of evidence that anyone here is aware of. Just my opinion.
As per the physiological profile of Dale and its implications within the more narrow issue of this particular crime , that seems to me not that far removed from the Star Trek idea ... a conclusion in search of an hypothesis, which can only take one so far but not further without demonstrating at least one single thread that connects the whole, thus making the theory rather academic and interesting but ultimately irrelevant where the question of guilt or innocence is the real issue. JMHO

Dale would be played by Owen Wilson in a movie, I think. He has that quirky, somewhat dorky but charming thing going on.
Now, Pias.... what are we looking for in that video? I need guidance!
So you're saying you think it might have been more of an act of rage than premeditated? Wondering....because I've thought maybe it was rage too. Tho I'm not discounting premeditation.
I would be extremely surprised if it turns out that any foul play happened at the condo, whatever happens to Michelle happens after she leaves the condo, although here I'm not dealing with any certainties, and that is an understatement.
