Dale Smith's father suggests, " he was here the whole time she was supposed to be gone"...

I have lots and lots of case notes and this was where I referenced... I will have to o back through my screen captures and other research to see if I can find another source. IIRC Honeybee commenting on it too a while back...

ETA: I saw a Hummner just like Michelle's sitting on a car lot today. The windows are much smaller than what they look in the photos we've seen. So IMO, I don't think it would take long at all the take those decals off. But, that's jmo.

And yes, I believe there was more involved then one and maybe they didn't even know they were involved until after the fact?

No need, the video is actually there, check to see if anything interferes with your java or flash player plugin in your browser ...

In any case, you were right about the statement made by Sr. however, when was this video taken? What time frame Sr. is referring to here? Mark NeJame, "whole time" encompasses the time Michelle arrived at Dale's condo and the time DS arrives at his parent's, is that what Sr. was referring to? But regardless, what makes you think that Sr. lied? Is there anything that contradicts that statement? All this time I had been under the impression that DS dropped off the twins and left ... so there might be statement to the police that DS stayed at Sr. after he arrived there with the twins? Where did I get this idea then Dale dropped off the kids and left then?. I will need to retrace my steps here and figure this out ... far too often in this case opinions melt into facts to the point they're indistinguishable from one another, and I don't mean it in the sense that they happen to corroborate each other ...

While I go back and revisit this issue to see if I missed anything or if my memory is simply failing me at this late hour .... did DS left after dropping off the kids or not? Did he stay for a period of time and then left? What is the length of time where members of DS's family can attest to DS being at Sr.? And I mean as a matter of fact not of opinion.

I remember Michelle mom calling dales mom and dale wasn't there but she contacted him someway and dale jr returned the call..

Maybe this could be the reason we think he and dale sr could have been together

i havent checked in on this case in a long time because it was so frustrating for me... and here i am, back where i left off. i cant believe it's been so long and we've basically gotten nowhere. i hope there is closure to this case someday! :(

Dale Sr. says so many things that could have a double meaning....not sure if he does so intentionally and he is playing with the media....or its just me thinking he is doing this.:what:

According to an autopsy performed Tuesday, the victim is an unidentified white female, heavyset and about 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-9 with brown or auburn colored hair. She was wearing dark colored sweatpants and a floral print shirt, deputies said.

I do not think this is Michelle due to the heavy set remark. However, there is a 5 inch difference between 5'4" and 5'9". I amm 5'4" and there is a big differnce between me and some of my friends who are 5'9'. I would call me short or average, while I would refer to my friends as tall. I wonder why an autopsy couldn't have pinpointed that a bit closer.
