Do we have an exact address for where the Hummer was found? I need a numerical or the closest one to where it was left. If I go to the map that Texas Lil made, the google date is May 2011 and Google Earth reshot some of Orlando again in March of 2013. I am just curious as to what cars were in the lot, the area around it, has anything changed, that sort of thing. The map has lots of areas of interest, but no exact addresses. If anyone can help please post them.

I think the H3 was on a curb at 4700 Walden Circle, as reported to WFTV by an unidentified eyewitness around 10:30pm, on that I'm not clear between the time when the actual observation of the H3 occurred and the time it was eventually reported.

I have no recollection of any statements by anyone about specific traffic patterns or comments regarding cars being present in the parking lots on and around the time of the disappearance. From Google Maps it seems to me to be a fairly busy location since it appears to be a standard apartment complex with lots of parking spaces, and IMO not necessarily the ideal location to abandon the H3 if one is concerned with not being noticed ... many people may have been about depending of the time of day and an H3 tend to attract attention together with its occupants as opposite say ... a Toyota Camry or whatever. Personally I keep going back to the oddity that a) There appears to be no physical evidence of any stranger being present inside the car b) the cellphone is not inside but the purse is c) Nothing has been reported missing from the purse, which IMO might be consistent, at least from a logistical point of view, with Michelle herself driving there to attend to something that perhaps required a short period of time, so she left the purse there and simply took her cellphone along ... of course we also have the Waterford text and that seems to be inconsistent with her usual texting behavior unless unusual circumstances required an unusual behavior. But whatever one might choose to theorize about on this issue, this location is very consequential and of that there can be no dispute, therefore my question would be: have the Police checked all possible connection between anyone living in the complex and Michelle? Based on any existing data of GPS and/or cell towers triangulations, had Michelle been in that particular location or at least in that general area at any time prior to the abduction?

In sum, the above paragraph summarize the usual frustrations I feel when I think about this case. I will say again that after 2 years of having failed to come up with any demonstrable success in this case, when Michelle is still missing and there's no reason to believe that she won't be in any foreseeable future because of this or that, I find it inconceivable that some course of action has not been taken by those who are in charge of this investigation since it doesn't make much sense to keep on doing things in a certain way while expecting different results, and I find this to be self evident IMO. There must be a decision by those who are best situated to effect changes to come up with strategies that are consistent both with new investigative approaches and ways to engage volunteers and the public at large with new ideas that are centrally organized, implemented and evaluated in terms of their efficiency while keeping flexibility in changing course when warranted by the results and that IMO is not a fancy smenzy way to put it, it's the only way to do it and anything else is b ... whatever.

Thank you Thor for the response to the address. I agree 100% about the location of the condos. I happened to just check out Google Maps and of course it is in March of 2011 that it is photographed but just looking at the cars and trucks in the lots makes you wonder why this location? I am leaning towards Michelle driving there herself. Could be she was scared and pulled into that location or was forced to drive to that location or was there and (as you suggest) had business and something happened there and she was forced to abandon the hummer and purse. I have left my purse in a car, if I was only going to be a few minutes, perhaps she stopped to chat to someone, IDK. But the location is odd given she was heading home that day for a nap. But one can't rule out the possibility that she thought of something she need to do before heading home and changed directions without calling anyone to say she was going somewhere first. It happens. I am going to keep searching the map files, only because you never know what you will run across. If you don't look, you never have a chance to spot anything. Thanks again for the insight.

As for the text, I don't text, just don't, but she did, a lot, yes? So if you are driving do you know when a text comes in? Would you have to respond at that moment?

Did anyone know that on 11/11/11 there was construction going on at Walden Circle? I google 4700 WC and saw this construction just days before she went missing and her car was found. Could that be the reason the car was left there? Could she be buried in that location? It would be an easy way to dispose of a body.

Here is another shot of the construction at Walden Circle. I think someone should at least see if they would check it out with cadaver dogs.

Well there is also the question of the decals being missing, so if she drove there someone removed them afterwards, I remember a discussion on whether or not the decals were attached externally or not, so that the perp did not need to have access to the interior of the H3, and I think we settled on them being on the exterior although like everything else about this case the public has so little solid information. As for the text, an iPhone as any other phone will alert you of incoming text and there are set up mechanism that would alert you periodically if you happen to miss the original tone alert, therefore the assumption here must be that Michelle probably was aware of any text messages she was getting although she might have elected to answer them at a later time for whatever reason, that assumes of course that she was in control of her life at the time, something for which there's no evidence one way or the other and has been the topic of many speculations in the past.

Thank you Skully for your insights and taking the time to look at the maps and I wonder if there were cement foundations being laid there ... which begs the question of what they were building there at the time. And of course, one further consideration must be why there? Why Walden Circle and not somewhere else? Especially considering the nature of the location and the relative short distance from what the focal point of the investigators would eventually be, namely DS's condo. There's a reason for everything of course, nothing happens in a vacuum and everything is the direct consequence of something else that has occurred before and even that which might have been determined likely in the future ... so what's the connection? Who is this perp that in a relative short period of time is adept in abducting a person in a flashy car and yet seemingly leave no trace behind? Conversely the perp needs not to be skilled in concealing anything since the Police have not yet discovered the real crime scene, which if not the H3 and/or the Condo might still contain all kinds of evidence about this case if not the body of Michelle herself.

Now that I see the construction site just on the other side of Walden Circle, I will go back and see what was eventually put it that area. I think the fact we have an areal view 5 days before her disappearance is awesome. Please if anyone has time and Google Earth, go to any areas and click on the clock on the tool bar and go back one time frame, it will tell you the date it was taken and show you the area at that time. Off to find what was put in. I am hoping to see the hummer, somewhere in one of those pictures, because it could give us an idea of where she may have been prior to her disappearance. I would love to find DSjr truck, but an from the air it is not likely I would know it. Google maps gives you the ground view and you can see people, in and around the areas, but the date is too far off.

As far as the sticker goes, no one noticed that Hummer without the decals until 10:30 and no street cameras have shown it anyplace during the hours of her abduction, so who is to say he/she took off the decals before leaving the DSjs condo. Do we know for sure the decals weren't removed in that parking lot?

As luck would have it, there is nothing there. They were landscaping. Do you think it would be a place worth searching?

I agree, nothing happens in a vacuum, there has to be some thing. Perhaps the men at that construction site would remember if anything was moved or not as they left it? There were people in and around her life that knew construction, not pointing any fingers, but they had friends and co workers too. You never know in cases like this, you may think you know, but sometimes we are surprised in the end. Only one person reported the hummer and it wasn't until 10:30 at night, so how long was it there? Or was it driven there after dark? No need to remove the stickers if it was dark until you get were you are going. But regardless, my point is, it was there, and only one person noticed it and reported it. Did the tires have sand and dirt on them? Did anyone else have there car or truck washed or traded in? IDK, but if she was put in a place like a construction site, there would be evidence, (not now) of the vehicle being in a location like that.

Skully, all your questions are valid ones but the problem is (again) that the Police have released no information about the investigation and therefore it's impossible to know. What was present in the threads of the tires would particularly be of great interest of course since it could hold clues on where the h3 had been. As far as the construction sites on and around where the H3 was found is concerned, I think the conventional wisdom here must be that the Police must have investigated them to some extent, however, like everything else we don't know it for a fact and as a general rule I take nothing for granted, most especially about this case.

skully- you could bring that locale to LE's attention, your thoughts/concerns about it.
Err on the side of caution, man/le can be fallible. IMHO

I try to think like a perp would think when reading these cases. If I had a person; dead or alive, in my car or theirs, I am getting rid of them as fast as possible. So I think she is closer to that hummer than we think. I just stumbled onto that construction site last night. The decal could have been used to help transport the body and that is why it is missing. We fill in the blanks so many times when we see something, like the decal was removed to keep it unnoticed but what if it was used to help slid the body into a hole or something to that effect? Maybe she was too heavy to carry from where they were, IDK, but those woods and that site and the hummer being left there, it could happen. Just say'n. And people make mistakes and they do mess up, yes you are right about that.

Around 8:55 a.m. this morning, Tuesday, September 17, 2013, 50-year-old John Sargent of Tampa was looking for scrap metal on North Wabash Avenue in Lakeland, between Memorial Blvd and Crutchfield Road, when he found a large blue plastic container containing a human skull and some bones.

Is noticed this too. Something is up with this body:

Editor's note: Initial details about the scene released by PCSO have been removed at the request of investigators.

Maybe the bin. There is a lot around in the area, but this stands out in the woods.
